"Hey Audrey."
I look up from my magazine to Hannah. Her face always seems to be glowing with excitement. Everything about her is so welcoming. She's probably the easiest person to talk to in this shop. Lynn is second of course. There's no specific reason why she's not the first, probably cause she looks like she can kick my ass.
"What's up?" I rub my tired eyes. I passed out at almost four in the morning talking to Tony. It was worth every minute. He's interesting, like I expected.
"You have someone coming in about an hour. Don't get too comfy," she winks. "Are you busy after work? Lynn and I are gonna go catch a movie."
I think about it. Tony wanted to continue off from where we left last night, but that could wait.
"I'd love to go."

My client left, leaving me with nothing else to do but play with the cash register. I hate not doing anything, it gets me anxious, and I think too much.
Lynn's currently fixing things on the shelf while Hannah tattoos someone. I have other co-workers like Jeff and Corey. They're both riots though, and I have a feeling Corey likes me, which I don't mind, but it makes conversations awkward at times. Speaking of the devil...
"Hey Audrey, whatcha doing after your shift?" He asks.
Thank God I don't have to lie today.
"Lynn, Hannah, and I are going to watch a movie. What about you?"
He looks stumped. "Nothing I guess. What about tomorrow?"
"I'm not coming in tomorrow. I have to finish putting my house together."
"Need a helping hand?"
Why doesn't he get the clue that I'm not interested? Never have I seen a guy so dedicated. The last thing I want to is to turn him down harshly, it can cost me my job. He's really close to Jeff, the head of this place.
"I can manage, I'm a strong girl." I flex, making him laugh.
"I guess you can. Maybe we can chill another time?"
I nod my head so he'd leave me alone already. There's nothing wrong with him either, but at the same time I have no idea where Jaime and I stand. We haven't really talked since our date. Maybe I was stupid to think it would go farther than that. I think I need to thank Tony for stopping that one night stand from happening.
Like I said before, I'm no good with one night stands. If it had happened I'd most likely be texting him right now asking when the next time I would be able to see him. I can be clingy sometimes, especially in a situation like that.
"Hey Drew, are you ready to go?" I look to Lynn. "I've decided that's your new nickname, cool?"
I chuckle, "Love it. Let's go."

After the movie, the girls and I ate at some random sushi joint in the mall. This mall has practically everything. A movie theater, nail salons, even a book store. God knows we need more of those.
The movie was good, but not good enough to where we could go on about it forever. That's why I learned a lot about the girls as we sat and talked. They're really different, but are literally the best of friends. I guess opposites do attract.
Lynn is into chicks, hates Mexican food, favorite movie is anything by Quentin Tarantino, and despises Pop music. Hannah loves to draw. Tattooing is all she ever wanted to do, her ex is a rockstar, and she wants to move back to Sheffield once she gets the money.
