Raven's POV

I woke up in my room at the Bronze Dukedom. It was strange waking up in an unfamiliar room.

I went to the dinning room as soon as I was dressed by the maids. I am still not used to this.

In the dinning room. A man with pink hair and blue eyes. I assume he is Duke Eli Bronze, who is my mother's older brother.

On his left is Duchess Corina Bronze, she had silver hair and amber eyes.

On his right is Emman. I sat beside Emman and we started to eat.

''I heard you got into an accident and sustained severe injuries. I assume you are alright now?'' Duke Eli asked

''Thank you for your concern Uncle Eli. I am already fine, but my memories are a bit jumbled'' I answered

''I pray for your recovery my dear. I hope that you would stroll the masion before you leave. It might help you remember a bit'' Duchess Corina said

''I understand aunt Corina, thank you for your concern'' I replied with a smile

''Then let me accompany you'' Emman said

''I will go home after a stroll'' I said

After we finished breakfast we went outside and visited the Duchess' famouse rose garden.

''The roses here looks like they are glowing'' I said with an amused look

''That's because of my mother's earth magic. It makes the roses bloom with a certain glow'' Emman said

''The Duchess is really blessed to have this kind of talent'' I said

''Yeah, but she hates it when my siblings play with it'' he said

''Your siblings?'' I asked

''Elder brother!'' a voice of a young child could be heard

''Speak of the devil'' Emman murmured

''You didn't say you came back last night'' one child said

''We fell asleep because you were too late'' another one replied

''I agree'' this one looks like the other one. Are they twins?

''That's none of your business. Introduce yourselves to your cousin, Raven. He rarely goes out and you are too young to go out, so this is the first time you are meeting each other'' Emman said

''Good day, I am Raven Rosevelt. It is nice meeting you my cousins'' I said while smiling

''I am Emma, I am five this year'' a girl with pink hair and amber eyes said

''I am Eric, I am four'' a boy with silver hair and amber eyes said

''I'm Erica, I am his twin'' a girl with the exact same features with Eric

''Let's play brother'' Emma said

''Why don't you play with Raven this time'' Emman said

To think you'd sell my to your siblings, but I already came ip with an excuse though.

''It was nice meeting you all, but I think you might have to play with Emman. I actually need to go home now'' I said while giving Emman a smirk. I could see his smile fading away.

''Then, let me accompany you to the carriage you'll be taking'' Emman said, lookong for an excuse

''It's okay. I'll ask the butler'' I said

I then left Emman with his siblings. His siblings were pulling him and were noisy too.

I could see Emman in a lifeless state.

As if his soul was slowly leaving his body. Today was such a sight.

I called for the butler and he accompanied me to the carriage.

After twenty minutes, I arrived at the Rosevelt Dukedom.

I got off the carriage and saw mother at the front door.

''Mom, I'm back'' I greeted her as it is my first time sleeping out. She must have been worried.

''Welcome back sweetie'' she said as she was happy to see me back

''I'll go to my room and change'' I said

''Be sure to get some rest. It was quite the journey after all'' she said

I went to my room and changed into more comfortable clothes.

I jumped onto my bed and just stared at the ceiling.

It was too tiring today, especially with Emmans siblings.

How does he live with those critters?

Well, at least they have a good connection. Rebecca's relationship with me is mostly hate.

I wonder why she is like this.
