Raven's POV

Time has passed since the announcement of my sister's engagement to Prince Claude.

It really shocked the whole kingdom.

Nobles thought of this as the Rosevelt duchy joining factions of the first prince.

One wrong move from the current crown prince may cause him to lose his position for the throne.

I stared out of my window to see the birds chirping on the tree branch.

''Mornings are never my type'' I said as my sister suddenly barged into my room.

''Did you forget? We are retuening to the academy in two hours. Why aren't you dresses?'' My sister asked though I was also confused

''Are we not returning on the fifth?'' I asked for reassurance

''Today is the fifth!'' she said

''Oh...'' I began to think why my brain didn't function properly

''I'll meet you outside in exactly two hours. Pack your things and change into your uniform'' Rebecca said as she walked out

That being said, why don't I speed things up.

This is why I am never a morning person.

I hurriedly changed and packed my things. I also bought souvenirs for everyone at the club house.

I went outside to see my family waiting for me and Rebecca was already in the carriage.

''Stay safe'' My mother bid us farewell as we went towards a thrity minute journey to the academy.

After ten minutes, we were already in the forest.

''Ouch!'' My sister shouted as the carriage was shaken

''What's happening?'' I asked to the coachman

''There seems to be a problem'' he said

''Hand over your things, if you want to pass'' A husky voice was heard

''They seem to be bandits'' Rebecca whispered to me

''Let me take care of it'' I said as I took my sword

I walked out of the carriage and was ten armed bandits.

''What seems to be the problem?'' I asked

''You see young master, this is our territory. For you to pass this road, you need to pay a fee'' their leader said

''Why should we? This territory belongs to the kingdom'' I responded

''That is quite a problem. You see, if you don't your life would be gone in seconds'' they said as they chuckled

''I got no choice. You chose the hard way'' I said

After a minute of fighting, they lost and suffured big injuries.

They fled as they were already out of options.

''It's all good now, let's hurry to the capital'' I said to the coachman

I went inside the carriage covered in blood.

''Are you okay?'' My sister looked worried

''It's not my blood'' I said

''Ouch!'' A pain suddenly went through my chest

''You said you were okay, why are you in pain?'' my sister panicked

''Is the young master alright?'' The coachman asked

''It's okay, keep going so we can rech the capital faster'' I said

The pain is not going away, it's unbearable... I seem to be tired

I think I'm going to pass out...

Rebecca's POV

''Sister, no matter what happens just stay calm'' Raven said as he passed out.

''Hey Raven! You said to calm down, but how could I if you're passed out'' I shouted

''Please go faster, hurry to the academy!''

Raven's POV

I seem to be in a dream...

I see Rebecca and Prince Claude. They seem to be in panic.

They went out of the room and ran as fast as they could.

They reached the woods and they hugged each other tightly.

Someone seems to arrive.

It's the second prince and a lady I don't know.

They are with an army and with mages.

Just what on Earth happened?

The prince suddenly stabs Claude, leaving Rebecca in pain.

''No! Why would they do that? Don't you dare!'' I shouted, but it's no use since this is just an image of the future

''You should've been obedient. This wouldn't have happened to you'' the second prince said to my sister

''Allow me to have the honors'' ths lady with long dark brown hair said as she held a sword.

''No! Rebecca, run!'' I shouted

She stabbed my sister, and they left her in a pool of blood.

Rebecca's POV

We are almost at the academy. Please be okay Raven.
