A Welcoming Party

Raven's POV

The woman who is our history teacher introduced herself to us. She had short brown hair and green eyes. She also had a soft demeanor and seemed kind.

"Hello, I am Gretchen Kurtch. I will be teaching you the subject History. Do call me Ms. Kurtch at all times" she smiled with an angelic face.

I think History class will be my alternative nap time.

We introduced ourselves as Ms. Kurtch had her lesson. 

"In the Kingdom, the people are divided into ranks. The highest rank is the Emperor and the one who is almost his equal is the Empress" she said

"The Kingdom was founded by the first descendant of the royal family. The double attribute mage, King Alfred Hartzer Vahler I. As you already know the royal family is strong, but it is enhance by the help of the four great families" she added

"One of their descendants is also in this class. Can someone name them?" Ms. Kurtch asked

One of my classmates answered her question, "Rosevelt, Bronze, Apolta, and the Wreintag Families"

My classmates began staring at me and I realized that my family really is influential.

"How is it that they are the great four families?" a classmate of mine asked

"This is because of their magic power, they are the first family that supported the King Alfred on his reign and helped hem take the seat on the throne. They are the founding fathers of the kingdom" Ms. Kurtch said

I am really amazed by the fact that my bloodline is too powerful, respected, and has a noble history.

"Your family is really cool" Diana said as she flattered me with her praises.

"No, it's all thanks to my ancestors" I acted humble

After a little history lesson, lunch already began. The bell rang and Ms. Kurtch went out of the class.

"Hey, can I come with you for lunch? The school cafeteria is for all of the students, we can dine in together" Diana suggested with her puppy eyes

I couldn't really reject her if she would be all alone, but I guess the other guys would be okay with her.

I took her along and I met with Derreck.

"Derreck, where are the others?" I asked him

"They went ahead" he replied

They really live for food. They always go ahead.

"By the way, this is a friend of mine from class" I introduced Dia to him

"I am Diana Quinburow, let's be friends" Diana introduced herself

"I'm Derreck Crionne, I am pleased to meet you" Derreck said

"Do you mind if she ate with us? She didn't have any other friends" I asked

"No, not all" Derreck was okay with Dia coming along

"And please call me Derreck if you'd like" Derreck suggested

"Then, please call me Diana" they both were friendly to each other

We went to the school cafeteria and met up with Marvin and Emman. They both didn't mind with Diana joining us. They also introduced themselves to each other.

"Today's meal is somewhat the same as yesterday" Marvin said

"Yeah, I'm getting sick of school lunches" Emman replied

"It needs the power of MSG" Derreck joked

"The history teacher is such an angel, she was our first period" Emman said

"She was our second period. It felt like I took a break from hell" I stated

"Oh, you mean Ms. Kurtch. She's our homeroom teacher" Derreck said

"Ours is like a female gorilla in flames" Emman said

"What class does she teach?" I asked

"You'll know at the right moment" Marvin said

No mater how hard I asked, they wouldn't tell me.

We laughed and talked during lunch break and decided to make a name for our group.

"Hey guys, how about we make a group name and start a club?" Diana suggested

"What about it?" I asked

"I mean we should have a clubroom where we hangout and five members is enough to make a club" Diana added

"How about a swordsmanship club?" Emman suggested

"We already learn that in our Fencing classes" Marvin said

"How about a hangout club?" I asked

"Hangout club?" They said in unison

"It is where students can freely hang out during school days and only members can enter the room. We will also decorate it to our liking" I added

"We can even make a game room or a movie theater" Emman enthusiastically said.

We all had an agreement to make a hangout club, but what should we name it?

"What are your suggestions for the club name?" Emman asked

"How about Home?"Derreck said

"Or Fantasia?" he asked again

"Avengers?" Marvin asked

"How about Auriferous?" Diana suggested

"It means luxury. It means that our club always guarantees its members the best they want" Diana said

We all came in to the same conclusion and our club was named Auriferous.

"Let's submit an application form to the headmaster tomorrow and officially have our own clubroom" Marvin said

We all went back to our classes before lunch came to an end and changed into sword fighting attires for our fencing class during one until three in the afternoon.

We went outside and made it to the field. There was already someone waiting for us there.

"You lazy bums! You should arrive five minutes before the time. Why are you here with only less than a minute left on the clock?" A woman with red hair and golden eyes shouted.

I guess another strong character other than Rota Filoria arrives.
