Epilogue

"You ready for our first day?" Jaebum asked as he stepped out of the dorm building into the hot summer sun.

Jinyoung followed close behind, sighing exasperatedly. "Leading a bunch of teens around a campus... sounds fun."

"We're not that much older than them, we were once their age too." The elder replied, surprisingly more upbeat about the work than Jinyoung had expected him to be.

"I'd rather stay in the dorm with you." Jinyoung grumbled. He's thoroughly enjoyed spending nearly every waking second with Jaebum. Of course, the two haven't gotten to the point where they were sick of one another yet, which was a plus, so Jinyoung intended on enjoying the good moments to their very most.

Jaebum turned, gently patting his boyfriend's head. "You know I'd rather do that too, but we have a deal to uphold."

"Guys!" A familiar voice called, the two's attention drawn to their youngest friend running toward them. "You have your tour routes memorized, right?"

Jinyoung nodded as he squinted against the late morning sun. "Yeah, I just don't have the energy to be in the hot sun all day with a bunch of noisy students."

"But you'll have lots of breaks!" Yugyeom exclaimed, a mischievous glint in his eye as he thought of another perk. "Breaks that you two could use to hide away and y'know... regain some 'energy' with each other."

Jinyoung flushed at the inappropriate suggestion, at the same time noticing the way Jaebum subtly smirked. "Since when did you get so dirty Kim Yugyeom?"

"Since we got a hold of him." Another voice that belonged to another one of their friends answered.

BamBam and Youngjae approached the group, their appearance making Yugyeom smile impossibly wider.

Jinyoung was surprised by their arrival; they didn't exactly seem like the type to spend their free time at school. "So all three of you are here too? Don't you guys wanna spend summer doing something... I dunno, fun?"

"Being with each other is fun!" Yugyeom exclaimed, seeming more than content with both of his boyfriends by his side. "Besides, they told my dad they'll help me out all summer."

Jaebum rose a brow, his tone slightly lowering. "Wait, does your dad know about..."

"He still doesn't officially know yet but he uh... is aware of the possibility. I mean, I hang out with these two a ton, so I think he suspects something might be up." The maknae replied, his cheeks lightly dusting themselves pink. "I just haven't had the official conversation with him yet."

"Yeah, Gyeom said we all should meet up one day at his house and talk about it, so whenever he's ready we'll tell him officially." Youngjae stated.

Jaebum smiled at the three, patting the youngest on the shoulder. "Good for you guys. Your dad will be happy as long as you're happy, Gyeom. I know he will."

"I'm super happy!" Yugyeom squealed, his hands clasping with BamBam's on the left and Youngjae's on his right. He glanced down at his watch, brows rising at the time. "It's almost time to start, we should go."

The three turned and headed off to take care of their own responsibilities for the day, all of them seeming quite happy to spend every second with one another.

"Well that's fantastic for them. I personally wish we were on vacation like Mark and Jackson..." Jinyoung mumbled, still not as in an upbeat mood as everyone else was.

Jaebum nudged him with his elbow. "Hey, it's their first summer they're spending together ever since they started dating, I'm sure they wouldn't want us tagging along even if we had the option."

"But I don't have the energy for this."

"Stop whining." Jaebum demanded as he yanked Jinyoung toward him by the waist. He leaned in and pressed a kiss to his lips, catching the younger pleasantly by surprise. "Remember, Yugyeom said we'll have time to sneak away and 'regain energy', right? Use that as encouragement to get through the day."

Jinyoung whined even more as his heart fluttered, his arms sliding around Jaebum's neck to pull him close. "Give me some more energy now."

Jaebum chuckled and complied, not wasting a second to kiss his boyfriend again. Jinyoung, who desperately wanted to forget his responsibilities for the day, clung onto Jaebum and refused to let him pull away so they could indulge in one another for just a bit longer. Not that the elder was complaining about it.

"Guys!"

The two jolted, pulling apart and wiping their saliva covered lips with their hands.

Yugyeom scoffed, shaking his head. "I came to get you guys 'cus you'll be late! My dad's gonna be walking around campus, at least go somewhere out of view if you're gonna do that!"

"S-Sorry." Jaebum mumbled, both him and Jinyoung flushing from getting caught. Not that it was their first time, but it was still embarrassing in the moment.

"You should get going." Yugyeom advised before quickly walking off again.

Jaebum let out a breath, gesturing for Jinyoung to follow as he started to head toward the meet-up area for the tours. "C'mon Jinyoung, no more playing around--"

The breath escaped from Jaebum's lungs as he was yanked back by his wrist, his jaw being held in place as he had a dizzying kiss planted against his lips.

"We'll have to play a lot later then." Jinyoung mumbled, chewing on his lip as he hinted to something  less than pure with just the naughty look in his eyes. He then smirked, pulling away and leaving Jaebum flustered. "See you during break."

The elder watched his boyfriend walk off, his heart still needing a moment to calm down. He held a hand up to his pounding chest as he kept his eyes trained on Jinyoung, eventually following and giggling to himself because he was so god damn whipped for that man, just as much as Jinyoung was for him in return.
