Y/N'S point of view

It's been a few days now I'm feeling like my normal self and actually feel ready to go back to work. But I also kind of don't want to go back but I need to. These last few days have been really quiet, so quiet I haven't even heard from Zak or the rest of the guys. They should be back home by now and Zak said before he was gonna come and see me, but yet he hasn't.

I strolled into work and started my shift but everything was a blur I couldn't concentrate on anything. Thankfully around lunchtime Aaron came to see me to take me out for some lunch.

As soon as he saw me he gave me a big hug.

Aaron: "Hey sis, you OK?"

Y/N: "I am now you guys had me worried, what happened"

Aaron: "nothing has happened why do you ask?"

Y/N: "Well everyone has been quiet with me and Zak didn't come round to see me like he said he was going to"

Aaron became quiet for the rest of the way to where he was taking me for lunch. So quiet I know something wasn't right. As we sat down and after we finished ordering our lunch I started talking to Aaron.

Y/N: "Aaron what's wrong"

Aaron: "how long have you liked Zak for?"

Y/N: "OK, that's a strange question dude"

Aaron: "no it's not, I can tell something is up and I can tell that both of you like each other but won't say anything to each other... So how long have you felt like this about Zak?"

Y/N: "too long dude but I didn't want to make a fuss of it as I thought it was just a crush or something... Wait a minute did you say Zak likes me?"

Aaron: "yeah, it's kind of obvious that he likes you Y/N.. But the thing is something is going on with Zak at the moment and he can't really get out of it or away from it"

OK no I'm getting worried.

Y/N: "what like some sort of possession?"

Aaron: "more like woman trouble, I can't really say anything else right now sis but I'm sure Zak will tell you"

I was starting to worry more now, whatever is happening with Zak why hasn't he told me about it.

Aaron: "how's work going Y/N?"

Y/N: "not too good bro... Aaron I want you to promise me something, I don't want you to tell anyone not even Zak about what's going on with me or with me and about work"

Aaron: "you can trust me with anything Y/N. I won't tell anyone"

Y/N: "thanks dude.... Umm today is my last shift. When I finish today I won't have a job"

Aaron: "oh my sis, what are you going to do?"

Y/N: "I don't know, I know Zak wants me to work at the museum with him but I'm scared that if me and him did get together, what would happen if something was to happen between us like we break up. It'll be too awkward working there. That's why I haven't fully took on the job"

Aaron: "Y/N nothing like that won't happen. Once you and Zak are together everything is going to be perfect, nothing like that won't ever happen between you two"

Y/N: "everyone keeps saying that"

Aaron smiled at me before he carried on.

Aaron: "well its true, you and Zak would be perfect together. You're both so alike it's crazy and you both have so much in common. It'll be a match made in heaven"

Y/N: "thanks dude, promise me you won't tell Zak how I feel about him and that I've lost my job"

Aaron: "I promise Y/N"

Y/N: "thanks dude"

After lunch Aaron walked me back to work and quickly gave me a hug before he headed off.

Aaron: "love ya sis"

Y/N: "love ya too bro"

I walked back inside and headed for the staff room to get changed back into my uniform and put things in my locker, when Zak texted me.

Zak: "Y/N when you finish work please can you come over to mine. I really need to talk to you"

I read the text and kept reading it over and over again. Something isn't right this doesn't even sound like Zak. He doesn't normally text me like this. To be honest I didn't know what to reply back so all I texted back was...

Y/N: "OK I'll come over. Is everything ok? You don't seem like yourself"

Zak: "😔 Y/N I can't really talk about it right now. Its hard for me to even to text you 💔"

What the hell is going on. I decided to not get changed into my uniform and grabbed everything that belonged to me out of my locker. I'm ending my shift right now, I really need to see Zak.

Y/N: "I'll be on my way in a few minutes"

Zak: "OK"

I walked out of the staff room, and went over to Megan. I handed my locker keys over and talked to her.

Y/N: "thank you for everything, I'm sorry I'm cutting my shift short I just really need to leave right now. Thank you again for everything"

Megan: "Y/N what's wrong? Is everything OK?"

Y/N: "I don't know, thank you again and good luck with everything"

I was walking out of the salon when all of a sudden some tall blonde woman walked right into me.

Blonde: "watch where you're going"

I didn't even look up, but I didn't have to I knew she was not a nice girl and nothing of her seemed real.

Thankfully as I stepped outside I saw there was a cab waiting for a passenger. I quickly claimed the cab myself told him where I needed to go and we was soon on our way. As the cab driver pulled up outside of Zak's and I got out I can tell something isn't right. The feeling got stronger every step I took going to Zak's front door, I normally just walk straight in but this time I didn't. I actually knocked and waited for Zak to answer the door.

When I saw Zak's face my heart broke he looked so down and broken. I can also tell he's lost weight through the stress he's feeling. I just wanted to wrap my arms around him and tell him everything is OK but as I was about to wrap my arms around him Zak pulled away.

Zak: "Y/N please this is hard enough"

Y/N: "what's wrong Zak, please tell me"

Zak looked at me in my eyes and I can see tears building up in his.

Zak: "I'm sorry"

Y/N: "what are you sorry for? You haven't done anything wrong...."

I was about to say something else to Zak when all of a sudden his front door opened and in walks the same blonde woman who I just ran into at the salon.

Blonde: "you! Who are you and what are you doing here with my man?"

Your man?!

Blonde: "what's the matter, can't you speak?"

I didn't know what to say, my heart felt like it was breaking. Who is this girl that Zak is with. I looked over at Zak and can see he was slowly but surely breaking down. I can see he really wants to say something to me but he just can't find the words. But all I felt I was sadness and anger building inside of me.

Blonde: "well if you're not gonna tell me who you are I'm calling the cops"

Y/N: "don't bother... I'm leaving"

Zak: "Y/N please"

I started walking out when I heard Zak call for me, but nothing was stopping me... I needed to get out of here.
