Unexpected Escape

What a busy but yet fun day I've had with Morgan and Victoria, after seeing the guys off we decided to hit the mall and have a bit of retail therapy before we then went for a meal. After the meal we came back to mine and Zak's to watch some movies and pamper sessions.

After our pamper sessions and movies the girls decided to head back home for the night, once the girls left I made sure everywhere was locked up and everything secured before me and Gracie went up to bed. As I got into bed and relaxed Zak texted me.

Zak: "miss you so much already beautiful, wish you was here ❤️ xxxxxx"

I blushed reading Zak's text but I can't help but feel a little bit sad I want Zak home.

Y/N: "I miss you too baby xxx I want you home with me ❤️❤️ xxxxxx"

Zak: "I'll be back home in a few days baby xxx did you have fun with the girls? Xxxx ❤️❤️"

Y/N: "yeah we had a great time, are you having fun with the guys xxxxxx ❤️❤️"

Zak: "yeah we're having a great time, it would be more fun if you was here xxxxx ❤️❤️"

Y/N: "I'm coming with you next time xxxxx ❤️❤️"

Zak: "now I'm not saying no to that baby xxxxx ❤️❤️"

As I was about to text Zak back I heard some noises almost instantly Gracie sat up from laying next to me and started growling and barking her protective bark.

Y/N: "it's OK girl"

I started to get out of bed to go and find out what the noise was when my phone started to ring, I looked at it and saw it was Zak.

Zak: "is everything OK baby?"

Y/N: "I think So, I just heard a noise downstairs"

Zak: "I'll look on the security cameras, stay in the bedroom"

At this moment in time I'm thankful Zak had managed to install some sort of security cameras around the house. But as I was sitting by the closed bedroom door I was feeling scared at each little sound I can hear behind the door.

Zak: "baby grab Gracie and escape through the window and go onto the garage roof"

Y/N: "what can you see Zak?"

Zak: "Holly is inside the house but she's not on her own"

As soon as I heard that Holly is inside I felt sick scared, I quickly baracade the door. Got dressed before I grabbed Gracie and started to slowly climb onto the garage roof.

Thankfully me and Zak has done a run through of this escape route and even had things prepared for this situation. Even after alot of planning I was still scared about what's happening, I need to get away and fast.

As Gracie was all clipped into her harness I carefully lifted her up to then lower her to ground below. As I dropped Gracie's lead she looked up at me.

Y/N: "it's OK Grace I'm coming now"

Zak: "careful baby"

Y/N: "I will"

I started to climb down and I finally landed on the ground.

Y/N: "OK baby I'm down, what do I do now?"

Zak: "run! I can see Holly about to leave the house"

I wrapped Gracie's lead around my hand tighter and started to run down the street, I can still hear Zak on the phone as he's talking on Jay's phone trying to get in contact with someone to come to me.

I was still running out of the area, but after a while my body was burning in pain from the running. I've only just got everything better from the accident, if I keep running it's going to bring back all the pain and problems.

Y/N: "Zak what's going on baby? I can't keep running for much longer"

Jay: "hang in their sis Zak's on the phone to Bacon"

Zak: "great, hurry up dude... Jay pass me back to Y/N please"

Y/N: "Zak what's going on?"

Zak: "stop running baby and stay where you are Bacon is coming to get you and Gracie to take you somewhere"

Y/N: "where are we going?"

By this point I was starting to panic, Where's Zak sending me and Gracie to.

Zak: "do you trust me baby?"

Y/N: "of course I do Zak"

Zak: "please trust me on where I'm sending you, I know you'll be safe there"

Y/N: "where is exactly there?"

Just as Zak was about to say something, Bacon turned up.

Bacon: "Hey Y/N you're bearded knight in shining armour has arrived"

I couldn't help but laugh a little at Bacon's words he's just so funny sometimes. As I was getting into Bacon's car I put my phone onto speaker so he can hear Zak.

Bacon: "Hey Zak I'm here with Y/N"

Zak: "great, stick to the plan dude"

Y/N: "will someone please explain to me what this plan is?"

Zak: "baby... Bacon is gonna look after Gracie, whilst you will be staying at John's house"

Then my mind was going crazy, who's this John... I don't know any John.. Then it clicked I'm going to John Shaw from the museum, house.

Zak: "Y/N are you OK baby? You've gone all quiet"

Y/N: "do I have to stay at John's I don't want him to do any satanic shit on me"

Zak: "baby he won't do that"

Bacon: "bro there is another option if Y/N isn't happy staying at John's"

Zak: "stay at yours"

Bacon: "yeah, I'm happy for Y/N to stay at mine, you know I won't let anything happen to your girls"

Zak: "would you be more happy to stay at Bacon's baby?"

Y/N: "yes please"

Zak: "OK, as long as you're happy with that bro I'm happy too"

Bacon: "that's fine with me"

Zak: "thanks bro... Y/N take me off speaker phone"

I took the phone off speaker phone so Zak can talk to me privately.

Zak: "everything's going to be OK baby I promise, I'll get home the quickest I can"

Y/N: "OK baby... I love you"

Zak: "I love you more Y/N"

I ended the call with Zak as Bacon was pulling his car onto his drive. He can tell I was feeling nervous too but after a little reassurance I started to relax.

Bacon: "everything's going to be OK Y/N Zak will be on his way home as quick as he can"

Y/N: "I know he will bro, but I can't just process what's going on and that Holly was in our house and not alone"

Bacon wrapped his arm around me to reassure me more.

Bacon: "well she can't find you here, everything's going to be OK Y/N you and Zak will one day put a end to all of this"

Y/N: "thanks Bacon"

Bacon: "anything for you sis, you don't need to worry anymore I'll keep you safe whilst Zak isn't here"

After a little bit more of talking I sorted myself and Gracie out for the night, got comfortable on Bacon's guest bed and finally got some sleep for the night.
