Betty's POV

I wake up to the sound of my phone ringing. Groaning, I roll over to pick it up to see who it is. "It's a Sunday morning, for God's sake. Who the fuck is calling me right now?"

I pick up my phone to see its from Jones. "Ugh," I groan. I answer it and put it up to my ear. "What?" I drag out.

"Betts, you need to get to the bar right now! We have a situation," Jughead almost yells.

"What? Jughead, I—"

I try to say but he hangs up. I pull the phone down from my ear and set it back down on my nightstand. I put my hands on my face before I roll out of the bed to get ready.

"I'm going to kill that bitch."

I walk into the bar and walk up to Toni. "Where's that motherfucker?"

"Um," she hesitates, "he is the back room."

I go to thank her but I hear loud arguing cut me off. "I swear to god, if another person cuts me off today..."

I start making my way towards the back room. I walk through the door to see a middle aged woman, my boyfriend, and a younger girl standing there arguing.

"What the hell is going on?!" I ask.

"Betty, this is—" Jughead tries explaining but gets cut off by the older woman.

"Who is she?" She snarls.

"None of your business, you half-melted ten cent trollop," I roll my eyes at her. "Jughead..."

"This, Betty... is my mother."

"What?!" I exclaim.

"Jughead, who is that?" The younger girl asks.

"That's Betty, my girlfriend," he tells her.

She says a quiet, "oh," and turns back to the older woman.

"You're dating my son?"

I just roll my eyes again. "What's the problem here?"

Jughead goes to answer but again gets cut off by his mother.

"The problem is that your boyfriend won't let me and his sister stay here."

I look at her. "Well technically you are on my property and my boyfriend and I are the leaders of this gang so I suggest you tell me why the hell you want to stay here before I kick your ass out!"

She looks at me shocked but tries to hide it. "We got kicked out of our trailer and we need a place to stay."

"You don't get to just leave when I need you most, then think you can come back into my life when you need something!" Jughead yells.

"Listen, this is between you and Jughead. I'm taking the kid, she doesn't deserve to be put in the middle of your argument."
