It was a sunny afternoon, ideal for doing outdoorsy activities. Shinoa's squad headed out to go for a picnic to take some relaxing time off. Since you weren't part of her squad, you secretly ditched yours.

The location was in a safely hidden meadow where it was unlikely a vampire or a horseman could attack. Either way, their squad was well prepared for an attack if it happened.

You followed the trail and made it unharmed. Unknowingly, one of your teammates tagged along curious to what you were up to.

You were already there when suddenly you heard a voice behind you.

"(y/n)? What is this?"

"A vampire!" you shrieked as you manifested your weapon.

"No no, it's me, your teammate," she scoffed, rolling her eyes. "And why are you even here? If Sho found out about this, I'm sure you'll get in trouble."

Your face became pale.

"Then don't tell him please," you pleaded.

"Or perhaps I should tell Lieutenant Colenel-" she cut herself off as she saw Yuu.

She composed herself, plastering a fake smile. You were left dazed since (enemy's name) never cut herself off. You soon knew why.

"Hello, aren't you a cutie?" she cooed, twirling her hair around her finger.

Yuu awkwardly stood there while slowly backing away from the newcomer.

But (enemy/n) continued further, acting as though you weren't there.

You were beyond mad. Not only did she plan on tattling, but she decided to pretend you didn't exist and flirt directly with your boyfriend.

But you stuffed your anger deep down and approached the situation quite calmly.

"Weren't you going to tell Sho something?" you asked innocently, wrapping a protective arm around your boyfriend.

She frowned. "Well I don't care. I just wanted to see you in trouble ."

"Then mind your damn business bitch," you spat out, literally spitting on her.

"UGH!" she yelled. "I'll tell him! You'll see!"

She was already walking away, probably disgusted.

"Well I don't care!" you shouted back. "Just don't talk to my boyfriend like that!"

Yuu smirked as he rested himself against you.

"That's right," he muttered, "Don't mess with my (y/n)"

Mikaela Hyakuya

Mika stayed by your side, never daring to hurt you physically or mentally. You held your faith in him and hardly got jealous over things.

Krul was a nice friend to be around with and respected your relationship with Mika.

And every other vampire didn't bat an eye at you. You were just livestock in their eyes.

But you felt jealousy towards him somehow.

He got what he want one way or the other. He was brave and fought until there was no more fight in him. 

And you felt like a coward. You ran away leaving your family behind. Even at a moment of crisis you felt just as useless. You felt guilty leaving your friends behind but at least you had Yuu with you.
