~First Kiss~

You were bored out of your mind. You had a rare day off and Yuu left to do some training with Shinoa's squad. Which left you all alone. At first it felt relieving due to Yuu not sticking to you all the time. Ever since Yuu has been your boyfriend, he's always had an eye on you somehow. You shivered. It was nice of him to protect you but it got out of hand. So this was the only time you could have your own private space.

After a while though, it got boring without Yuu hanging around. With him, you could tease and mess with him all day. But Yuichiro was currently unavailable right now and so was everyone else. You sighed as you wandered around your room wondering what to do. You could have joined Yuu but today you didn't feel like training or dealing with people.

Maybe I could take a nap in the meantime, you thought.

You crashed onto the couch and got comfy. You were about to close your eyelids until the door clicked. You jolted up as you got up from the couch.

"YUU!" you screamed as you tackled him.

"Ack!"

You nearly knocked the wind out of Yuu from that tackle.

"Sorry!" you apologized as you helped the boy up. "I just missed you, that's all. Plus, I was bored."

"Oh," Yuu said as a smirk started to form on his lips.

"Maybe this will unbore you for a while."

"Wha-?"

Yuu cut you off as he crashed his lips onto yours.

You panicked at first but kissed back.

He pulled out for oxygen and you pulled him closer.

"I'm not bored anymore!"

You decided to tag along with Mika for the progenitor meeting just because. Krul allowed it on one condition. Just as long as you stayed in the shadows and caused no disruption of any kind, you were okay to go. You were happy to be with Mika once more. Last week he was searching for Yuu so the three of you could once again be reunited. It was a fail but you didn't mind. Just as long as he could be with you, you were perfectly fine.

"Mika, I love you," you told him before taking a seat in the throne room.

"I love you too," he whispered taking a seat next to you.

The meeting was a long one discussing how much of a threat the Japanese Imperial Demon Army was. Halfway through it, you dozed off dreaming about Mika.

In your dream the world was a peaceful place where vampires and humans never crossed paths. You and Mika were holding hands while lying down in a meadow. The sunshine felt soft and the slight breeze tickled you.

"If only things could stay like this forever," you told Mika.

His eyes were closed and he hummed.

You sighed dreamily as you stretched your arms and legs.

"(y/n), I need to tell you something."

"And what is it?" you asked staring into Mika's orbs.

Mika opened his mouth but stopped himself from saying more. You raised an eyebrow in questioning. Mika instead leaned forward and pressed his lips against yours.

You woke up right as the 'kiss' happened. You sighed in disappointment. It never happened. But you could make it happen.

"What's wrong?" Mika asked and you shook your head in disappointment.
