"Well, that's my shift over, and I haven't even bought you a coffee to say thanks, but then I suppose I should buy you two now, really, you have got to stop rescuing me, or I'll be skint!" Harry giggled nervously.

"That's ok, only so much coffee I can drink anyway," Jason smiled his white teeth flashed. "You going home now? I've got a lift coming, you could come in with me?"

"That'd be great, save me catching the bus, only got a few hours." Harry stood and left the table, "just got to grab my coat and bag."

The coffee shop was buzzing with activity, Harry shouted her goodbyes across the hum of customers.

Meanwhile, Jason had rang his driver and arranged for him to be outside.

The cold chill of November hit them as they left the shop, Harry buttoned up her long coat.

"You said you only got a few hours, got a date?" Jason asked acting as if he wasn't bothered but was slightly interested.

"God no, I've got work."

The car arrived, Jason opened the back car door for her, there was no grace about her as he flung herself in.

"Work? I didn't realise Costa were open in the evening?" Jason followed her into the car.

"No not here, at the club, in town, I bar tend on a Friday and Saturday night, it's not bad pay." Harry paused for a moment, "Oh my god, you should so come, you'll be a hit, everyone will think you are Jason and bet you'll pull loads." Harry continued to ramble on, excitedly.

"It's not really my thing, I'd rather not be recognised," he'd said it before he had time to think, shit.

"You are so funny, you're a look alike, that's how you get paid isn't it...?"

Great, she hadn't even noticed he'd slipped up, "yeah I know, but on my terms, when I want to..."

"It's just a thought, you don't have to." Harry seemed hurt by his lack of enthusiasm.

"So, who is this Mark, I take you are going to break up with him, he's a dick," Jason realised it was none of his business who she dated, and it was her prerogative if she wanted to be a human punch bag. It had nothing to do with him, and in a few months, he'd be gone, back to his life in LA and he'd never see her again.

"Oh yeah, actually I dumped him about month ago, last night we met up so he could give me my key back for the house, but it didn't go exactly to plan."

"You got your key?"

"No... I suppose I'll have to think about changing the locks, but it's so expensive, I already have three jobs and that barely covers everything."

"3 jobs?" Jason was impressed, it irritated him a bit that his girlfriend probably had to do one shoot and she'd made her money for the year, whereas Harry would earn pittance with 3 jobs. Jason smirked to himself, what right did he have to think all this? His last film made him 10 million, he wasn't exactly on the poverty line.

"Yeah, coffee shop four days a week, behind the bar two nights and do a bit of cleaning, just for some older folk round the closes, it's not much really but it all helps. Rent isn't cheap you know, but I manage. Besides I kind of like keeping busy."

The driver pulled into the close, Jason was out the car and he held out his hand to her, which she took, did she just blush? "Well, thanks again, for everything, I promise not to try and need you again," Harry smiled sheepishly, as she stood in front of Jason, it was one of those moments, where she wasn't sure if she should shake hands with him or hug, within seconds she made a decision and threw her arms round him. She was a hugger, no getting away from it.
