Chad's Diary: A Bonus

September 1st, 1989

DEAR DIARY-

For real though time to start

That one day in 4th year

THIRD PERSON POV

It was a normal day at Hogwarts, one of those days when Chad didn't have anything juicy to write in his diary. He walked down the student filled hallway, into the library. That was when he bumped into a girl, with strawberry-blonde hair and sparkling brown eyes.  

They both fell on the floor at the same time, all the girl's book falling to the floor. Chad was feeling nice today, so he helped the girl get her books.

"Sorry.." the girl apologized "Your school has so many interesting books!"

Your school? So she isn't from here. Chad thought. "It's fine, watch where you're going next time."

"O-okay..." The girl muttered out, lost in Chad's eyes...

"I'll be off." Chad walked into the corner of the library, off to a study session with Logan and Sunny.

"You're late!" scolded Sunny, while pointing at her watch.

"Oh sorry." apologized Chad as he took a seat.

"What were you up to?" Logan asked while staring at the pages of his book, clearly not reading at all.

"Bumped into this girl from a different school." Chad replied bluntly. He picked up a book and started reading, while Sunny was preparing their quizzes.

"Ooh~" 

Chad was too distracted and didn't notice that Susan was also there.

"What was that for?" he questioned.

"Oh nothing, the girl probably likes you now!" Susan exclaimed while laughing way too hard for her own good.

"How can you say that?"

"I heard her going off about it in the hallway before I came here." Susan stated. She patted Chad shoulder while laughing. "Be prepared for loads of love problems!"

Susan then left the library to the corner that housed Muggle books.

It was now five o'clock and the trio were all tired from studying. They headed back to their dorms while being greeted by a familiar face. The famous Rikuu from Durmstrang.

"Can I talk to Chad?" she asked. Logan and Sunny were in shock by this.

"Eh sure." Chad nodded and followed Rikuu to a corridor.

"Well you see... My friend, Charlotte, really likes you and can't shut up for once about it! I was just wondering if you could talk to her after dinner?" Rikuu asked.

"Uhh- I have my eyes on someone else." Chad half-lied. He wasn't so sure about his feelings for Anne yet.

"Ah. Just try talking to her?"

"O-okay then!" 

It was now dinnertime, and Chad was telling the story to his friends.

"I TOLD YOU!" Susan yelled at Chad. She was right about that girl having a crush on me. How does she know these things?

"Oh look she's coming!" whisper-yelled Sunny

Chad straightened his back as he walked toward Charlotte. She led him into a private corridor to talk.

"Hey! I'm finally talking to you properly!" she exclaimed while stroking her hair.

"Ah right..."

"Sooo, do you like me back?"

Chad could barely answer. His awkwardness was kicking in.

"Sorry but.. No.."

Charlotte was teary-eyed. 

"I see.... But I don't think you'd mind if.."

She kissed his cheek and Chad was in a state of panic and shock.

"Okay bye!" he yelled and speedrunned away from Charlotte. This was a day he wanted to forget and not write in his diary.

Istg why are even the SMALLEST of kiss scenes so weird to write? Writing Someone Gets Hurt would be an absolute pain for me!
