Donghyuck now sat with Heejin and Younji everyday at lunch. The group received looks from plenty of people, but they ignored them all. Today, Mark had come to their lunch from his own, due to his slight schedule change for the day.
"I didn't eat all the spaghetti. That was you!" Donghyuck exclaimed, earning a scoff from Mark.
"You lie." Mark squinted.
Donghyuck kept a straight face. "I don't."
"This is the most I've ever seen you talk, Donghyuck." Younji interrupted. She was surprised how much the boy came out of his shell around Mark.
"Try living with him." Mark huffed, earning a smack from Donghyuck.
Heejin bent down and pulled out a cherry lollipop from her bag, handing it to Donghyuck. He took the lollipop from her, unwrapping it and putting it in his mouth. He watched her take out one for herself and do the same.
"Lollipops?" Mark questioned, furrowing his eyebrows.
"It's their thing." Younji informed, turning to Heejin. "Can I have a grape one?"
Heejin pulled out a grape lollipop and handed it to Younji. She put it in her bag and smiled. "I'll eat that in class."
"Cherry is the best." Donghyuck said, shaking his lollipop wrapper in Younji's face.
Younji chuckled. "Yes, I know your favorite flavor is cherry."
"Do you have watermelon flavor?" Mark asked. Heejin nodded and pulled out a watermelon lollipop for Mark. "Yes!"
Heejin then pulled out another cherry lollipop and handed it to Donghyuck. He looked at her, confused. Ususally, she waited until they were back in class.
"I won't be in class later. I have to leave for an appointment." Heejin informed, earning a frown from Donghyuck.
"I'll miss you." Donghyuck said softly, which made Heejin coo.
Heejin put a hand on Donghyuck's cheek. "I'll be back tomorrow. Don't worry."
Mark made vomitting noises from beside the two. "Get a room."
Heejin scrunched her nose and gave him a judgemental look. "Or you could just leave the room."
Younji snorted. She enjoys seeing Mark get roasted. It's her favorite pastime.
"Whatever." Mark grumbled.

Younji and Donghyuck walked to class together. Heejin usually walked with them, but she had her appointment. Donghyuck went to his seat and Younji to hers.
Donghyuck kept looking up at Heejin's seat, but pouted when he remembered she had left for the day. He missed her, he really did.
He tried really hard to focus on the lesson, but he couldn't concentrate. He suddenly remembered the lollipop Heejin had given him and decided to eat that. Maybe it would help him focus.
It worked for a little bit, but once it was gone, his mind was back to wandering. All he could think about was Heejin.
He sat in his seat, staring at Heejin's desk, wishing she was still at school. Two students were throwing pieces of paper back and forth at each other. They kept almost hitting Donghyuck, but they didn't notice. One finally hit Donghyuck in the back of the head and he was furious.
He stood up quickly and went to the boy closest to him. He grabbed his collar and yanked him out of his seat.
"Did you hit me with that?" Donghyuck asked through gritted teeth.
The boy shook his head and pointed to his friend he was throwing paper with. "I-It was him. I-I didn't do it."
Donghyuck dropped the boy and went over to the other boy. The first boy hit the floor with a thump. Donghyuck stood in front of the real culprit.
"Did you throw that at me?" Donghyuck asked, ready to pounce at any moment.
"I-I'm sorry. I-I didn't mean to." The boy stuttered, hoping Donghyuck wouldn't hurt him.
Donghyuck swiftly picked the boy up by his collar and punched him square in the face. The teacher sat and watched it go down. She didn't want to end up like the teacher who tried to stop him last time.
Donghyuck punched the boy a few more times, before dropping him and watching him hit the floor. His expression suddenly switched and he looked at the boy on the floor with sympathy.
He did it again. He hurt someone else. He didn't mean to. He didn't even know he did it.
Donghyuck quickly ran out of the room, leaving his things behind and rushing out of the school.

Heejin got home around three thirty from her appointment. School would be out in about a half an hour. She was glad to be out early.
She flopped down on her couch and grabbed the tv remote. Just as she was about to hit the power button, she heard a knock at her door. She went over to open the door, wondering who could even be knocking on her door.
She opened the door, revealing Donghyuck. He had a tear stained face and messy hair. Heejin gasped and pulled him inside.
"Donghyuck, what the hell happened?" Heejin asked, sitting him down on her couch.
Donghyuck let out a stray sob. "I hurt him."
Heejin was confused. Who's him?
"He threw the paper at me and I got mad. I hurt him." Donghyuck repeated, rubbing his eyes with his fists.
Heejin ran a hand through Donghyuck's messy hair and gave him a small smile. "It's okay. I know you didn't mean it."
Heejin didn't lie. She knew he didn't mean to do it, but she didn't know why he did it. He seemed to have split personalities, which was interesting to Heejin. It intrigued her.
"You can go up to my room and take a nap, okay?" Heejin suggested, to which Donghyuck nodded.
Heejin led Donghyuck up to her room and let him under the covers to her bed. He was practically asleep upon hitting the mattress. Heejin smiled to herself.
He's just as innocent as everyone else. He's just got another side to him.
