It was now Saturday and Heejin was waiting for Donghyuck to show up at her house. She had made a list of everything she wanted to use to decorate the room in her basement. All she and Donghyuck had to do was go out and buy the stuff. She was just waiting for Donghyuck to show up.
The doorbell soon rang and Heejin let Donghyuck in. "My mom's home."
Donghyuck smiled. "Where? Where is she? I wanna meet her."
Heejin led Donghyuck to the kitchen, where her mom was drinking a glass of wine. She placed her glass down on the counter as soon as she saw Donghyuck walk in.
"You're even more handsome than she described, oh my god!" Heejin's mom went over and hugged Donghyuck. He returned the hug with a smile. "It's nice to meet you."
"It's amazing to meet you." Donghyuck replied.
Heejin's mom let go of Donghyuck and Heejin pulled him away. "We have to go shopping now. We'll be back later."
Heejin and Donghyuck started towards the decor store. Heejin found all the things she wanted to use to decorate, paid for them and left the store. Once they got back to her house, she went out to the garage and grabbed cans of paint.
"Ready to paint?" Heejin asked, holding up some paint brushes and rollers.
"Let's do it." Donghyuck said, grabbing a roller for himself.
The two painted for a few hours, both getting paint on them. Donghyuck had used a brush to paint Heejin, to which she rolled paint on him. They went back and forth, spreading paint on each other.
"I need new clothes before we continue." Heejin chuckled.
Donghyuck faked a scoff. "What about me?"
"You can borrow something." Heejin said, traveling upstairs.
She changed her clothes and brought some to Donghyuck, who changed in the bathroom. He came out and stood in front of Heejin.
"Unicorns? Really?" Donghyuck questioned, pointing at the shirt he was wearing.
Heejin shrugged. "You needed one that fit."

Donghyuck was offered dinner by Heejin's mom, after he had told her that he was staying the night. The three ate together, then Heejin and Donghyuck went up to her room.
"You're ugly with that unicorn shirt." Heejin said, scrunching her nose.
Donghyuck frowned. "It's your shirt."
"Yeah, but I look cute in it." Heejin replied. "It's huge."
Donghyuck rolled his eyes. "You look cute in anything. I don't wanna hear it."
Heejin giggled. "I'm so cute."
Donghyuck layed down on the floor of Heejin's room, looking up at the ceiling. He sighed and grabbed his phone, scrolling through it for quite a few minutes.
"Do you think that paint will be dry by tomorrow?" Heejin asked, sitting in a chair next to her bed.
Donghyuck hummed. "It should. We can probably start decorating tomorrow."
"That's where we can hang out." Heejin suggested. "Whenever you come over here."
"As long as we make it look good." Donghyuck said, throwing his phone to the side.
Heejin gasped. She had a realization moment. "You didn't outlash at all today. Even when we had that paint fight."
Donghyuck chuckled. "I guess I didn't. That's kinda crazy."
"Maybe you're getting better." Heejin said, smiling wide.
Donghyuck nodded. "And it's all because of you."
