When Heejin and Donghyuck walked into school the next day, they contracted many stares from the students. Donghyuck tired to turn around and run away, but Heejin grabbed his arm and pulled him back. She gave him a reassuring smile and they began walking down the hallway.

They heard a variety of pharases from the students. Things like, "Why are they together?" and "Is she crazy?", to "They would be cute if he wasn't insane." and "She's gonna get hurt one day."

Heejin ignored all of the words and kept walking, keeping a happy facade for Donghyuck. She didn't want him to think she was upset by the other students' words. It would only make him feel worse.

Heejin could feel Donghyuck shaking beside her. They weren't even touching, except for Donghyuck walking next to her like he was attached to her.

Heejin grabbed Donghyuck's hand and laced their fingers together, trying to calm him down. She had a cherry lollipop ready, which she unwrapped and handed to him. He immediately put it in his mouth and calmed down a little. There was something about the cherry lollipops that could help him in almost any situation.

Heejin sat at the normal lunch table, her lunch in front of her. She was the only one currently at the table and her appetite wasn't very heavy. All she had was a salad.

She looked over at the other side of the cafeteria and saw Donghyuck bounding his way over. He seemed happier and more cheerful than earlier. He sat down and smiled wide at Heejin.

"What's got you all happy?" Heejin asked.

Donghyuck stomped his feet on the ground. "Ah, I'm just excited! Okay, okay, look."

Donghyuck grabbed his bag and opened one of the pockets, pulling out two bracelets. He grabbed Heejin's wrist and tied a bracelet around it.

Heejin looked down at the bracelet and her eyes lit up. "Aw, Donghyuck! These are so cute!"

The bracelet said Donghyuck's in bead letters. Donghyuck pulled out another one and put it on his own wrist. This one said Heejin's.

"Our dumb art teacher made us make bracelets and necklaces. I didn't really want to, but I figured if I had to, I'd make them for us!" Donghyuck explained, his smile never fading.

"I'll never take it off. I'll wear it forever." Heejin said, resting her hand on Donghyuck's own.

The two sat in silence as Heejin ate her lunch. Donghyuck watched her with warm eyes. She's always so caring towards him. Even since her first day. She begged and bothered him until he talked to her. He appreciated it more than she probably knew.

Heejin reached down for her bag and pulled out a cherry lollipop. "Here you go, sir."

Donghyuck snorted. "Sir?"

Heejin shrugged and went back to eating the last of her salad. Donghyuck laughed at her silly gesture. He only hoped she would really keep that bracelet on forever, like she said she would.

Younji came and sat down at the table then. She only had a strawberry milk and a sour face. She opened her milk and sipped it with a frown.

"What's wrong with you?" Heejin asked, cleaning up everything from her lunch.

"Nothing." Younji grumbled, taking another sip.

Donghyuck tilted his head and pursed his lips. "That's a lie."

Younji scrunched her nose and side eyed the boy. "Is not. Stop coming for me."

Donghyuck threw his hands up in surrender and scooted back on the seat a bit. "So sorry for asking."

Heejin furrowed her eyebrows. "There's definitely something wrong."

"Nothing is wrong!" Younji yelled, standing up abruptly and rushing out of the cafeteria. This caused all looks from the other students in the room to be directed at her.

Heejin stared in the direction she had left in and just blinked, confused. She then looked to Donghyuck, who put his hands up and shrugged. He didn't know what just happened, either.

Heejin and Donghyuck were the only ones currently in their classroom. Heejin was standing at the foot of Donghyuck's desk and Donghyuck was in his seat. Their lips were locked in a feverish kiss.

Heejin had her hands tangled in his hair and Donghyuck's were cupping her face. It wasn't a one and done kiss. Oh no. They went at it for a good two minutes, before seperating their lips.

"We really gotta stop doing this in school." Heejin panted, patting down Donghyuck's hair from where she had messed it all up.

Donghyuck hummed. "Then why don't we do it at your house?"

"Why not yours?" Heejin questioned.

"My grandma would kill me." Donghyuck answered simply. "Plus, you're usually home alone anyways."

Heejin snapped her fingers. "You're right. My house it is."

Donghyuck sat back in his seat and crossed his arms. "We still have to wait an hour for school to let out. What torture."

Heejin went over amd grabbed her bag with a sigh. "Yes, what a shame."

Pulling out a cherry lollipop, Heejin unwrapped the candy and walked back over to Donghyuck's desk. He opened his mouth for her to pop the lollipop into his mouth, which she gladly did. She went back and grabbed a lollipop for herself, before going back over and sitting on Donghyuck's lap, resting her back against the wall.

Heejin popped the lollipop out of her mouth. "Your legs are comfortable."

"And your ass is boney." Donghyuck complained, moving his legs around a bit.

Heejin lightly slapped his arm. "Oh, shut up."
