DEAR FUTURE HUSBAND [ ZONAH ]

letter thirty

dear jonah marais,

today was one of the best days of my life:)

you knew i was stressed out about school, so you bought me niall horan tickets and took me on a date night to relax.

the note you left for me was so cute, it gave me butterflies.

when i got to our room, the outfit you laid out was simple, just black jeans that you say make my butt look nice, a white t-shirt with a simple pattern on it, and some air forces.

i'm trying to write down every single detail of this date so i always have it as a memory.

i fixed my hair and ate a snack, and then it was 5 and i was supposed to meet you in the lobby.

when i got downstairs, you were waiting there for me. i gave you a huge hug and thanked you probably a million times for my present, but you said it was no big deal.

i literally couldn't contain my excitement as we ate dinner at our favourite pizza place. and then i couldn't contain my excitement as we walked the few blocks to the concert venue. and then i couldn't contain my excitement as we went through security and scanned our tickets. and then we were finally inside, and it registered in my mind.

i swear i almost passed out. we got some matching t-shirts to have a memory of today.

little do you know i'm writing more right now.

the concert was beyond amazing, i sang along to every word like a crazy person, and you laughed at me most of the time. by the end of the night, my feet hurt, so you offered to carry me back home.

as you walked through the crowd with me on your back, i looked up at all the lights in the city. i couldn't believe i was actually living that day.

i was thinking about how lucky i was to have you. someone who cared for me and did anything in their power to put me in a better mood.

i can't believe i get to have you as a soulmate. you're the best thing that's ever happened to me.

i can't thank you enough for this night, so if you're reading this sometime in the future, i'm thanking you again.

i love you, jonah, thank you for being my person.
