dear future husband,

i realized that if i write you a letter every day, you would be bored reading them all, so i'll just write a few every year.

today, i went to the beach with daniel's family. i played in the sand with his sister while the other boys played frisbee, and his dad made hotdogs. we swam in the lake and got ice cream before they drove me home.

i hope you're having a good summer, doing something fun.

i've hung out with jack, daniel and corbyn almost every day, we love biking up to the convenience store and getting popsicles.

i wonder if you have any best friends, and what you do with them. they're definitely not better than mine.

i wonder what you did today, or if your day was better than mine.

(it wasn't)

i still love you though, soulmate.
