⚜️ If you think a few years of distance is gonna make me stop loving you...think again.⚜️

Darkness.

A layer of darkness enshrouded the room. Two figures were seen lazily reclining on the soft bed. One of them, the girl, was curled up on the boy's lap who had been leaning the headboard, humming tunelessly.

The boy's left hand circled around her waist, while the right played with her silky black hair.

They both rejoiced in the silence, as in this moment words wouldn't do their emotions any justice.

The boy's sapphire like eyes were tinted with a bit of red. Today was the last day. Tomorrow, this illusion of theirs would dissapear.

Reality would hit again.

And when she woke up again, he would no longer be here. And that very thought made her want to stop time itself.

Hold onto desperately to whatever remaining time they had left. The desire was strong.

Yet she knew it wasn't possible.

Sometimes being realistic was a curse.

"I can still stay, you know."

There it was again.

He had said the same phrase again and again all week. But she knew, he needed to go. It was tough as is, her reluctance to let him go couldn't be shown. That would destroy him.

"I want you to go. Don't tell me some four years are gonna make you lose feelings for me?"

She joked slightly, wanting to break the melancholy air.

However he didn't take it as a joke.

He pulled her body upright and turned her around, his hands creeped onto her cheeks before softly pecking her lips. He smiled softly before replying.

"Even eternity isn't enough to make that happen."

How does one not fall for someone like that?

"I love you."

This time she spoke. And he froze.

She loved him, but this was the first time she actually said it. Over the years they were together, she still couldn't analyze her feelings.

She didn't know how love felt, so how could she tell that she loved him?

That was stupid, now that she thought about it. Even when the answer was always infront of her she refused to acknowledge it, thinking they had all the time in the world.

But now that that timing had become limited, she saw things more clearly.

What she felt for him.

It was love. If not something greater.

She found his dumbfounded look adorable. He was still in shock from her words. Then he tackled her onto the bed before grinning like a fool.

"You serious?"

His hands slightly shook with excitement. He didn't show it but he was a bit dissapointed that she hadn't said the words back to him back then. He had patiently waited these two years to hear thise words but didn't voice them out, lest he put her in a spot.

But now, she said it herself.

So how could he control his excitement?

"What do you think?"

She didn't get the chance to speak more before his lips attacked her with passion. His hands found hers and gripped them against the soft mattress.

This was the first time he completely let himself loose, he didn't leave her an opening to get away from touch, not that she had any plans to. His lips sucked harshly at hers before pulling at them demands entrance into her mouth.
