Alexander's POV
I woke up by the ray of sunlight running through my green eyes. Except for the fact that I woke up with a bruised stomach thanks to that asshole turkey and his fellow chickens.
I never actually got a chance to thank Isaiah for helping me.
I went to the bathroom and took a shower and changed into school clothing.
I went downstairs to see a my mother, worried? What is she worried about?
I wrap my hands around her waist as a morning hug. And she turned around to greet me.
“Hi, sweetie, how are you? Can you go to school?” she asks. I just simply nod at her answer.
Then moments after, I ate my breakfast and soon, my mom sent me to school.
“Be careful there, son. I don't wanna see you having a black eye again.” she says. I just nod at her concern.
As I enter the school, I keep an eye out for that turkey. Knowing that he was out of sight, I quickly ran to my locker and placed the unnecessary objects that aren't needed for today's subject.
Today, I'm having Arts still with Isaiah of course and I'm very thankful that the red haired turkey isn't in my class today.
As I was about to enter the room, I get greeted by my classmates. Mostly almost all of them standing.
“Alex, are you okay?”
“How are you feeling?”
“What did that jerk do to you?”
“Do you need assistance?”
“Need any help?”
Those were the questions that I heard once I took a step forward inside the classroom. It's actually nice having people like these.
“Alex, you're here!” the teacher exclaimed. I nod at his question.
“Are you okay now?” he asks once more. I nod as an answer.
I walked pass the row of students that's staring at me making me feel like I killed a random dog by the side of the road.
I sat to my usual seat, next to Isaiah and he greets me with one of his warm smiles.
“Hey” he says. I just nod and smile at him as a response.
“You sure that you're fine?” he asks quickly replacing his smile with a worried look.
I nod at his question and got a piece of paper and wrote something down.
I send it to him which he receives it and reads it.
Yeah, I'm fine. Although it hurts a little but other than that, I'm okay. Thanks for the concern though.
He smiles at reading the last part.
“No problem. You're always welcome. Now, if that asshole comes near to you again, tell me and I'll give him something he won't forget.”
My eyes widen at his statement and I almost led out a chuckle. I just nod at his sentence.
I can't really wait to see the look on that red turkey's face.
Class really went very fast for the moment and everybody went to the cafeteria to have their lunches.
Currently, I am walking with Isaiah towards the cafeteria to take our lunch when we get blocked by a surprising red turkey. I thought he was suspended for the week or two. Eh, guess not.
