I look over at her stroking my chin with my forefinger and thumb ..hmmm ..what shall i do to you ?? oh the possibilities are endless .
I move to where she and Lisa and Bonnie are standing
"Heyy Lucas ,you must be so delighted now ..Eva had so many dance lessons specially classic dance " Lisa says and Eva smiles an arrogant smile that she stole from me .
"well , your teacher must have taught you something wrong miss Leonard ..stepping on people's feet is not part of the dance " i say and watch her smile turns from arrogant to challenging .
"you know , you're completely right ..i also don't recall my teacher teaching me that we should lower our hands all the way through the dance ..the hand should rest on the lower back ..not lower than that " she says and Lisa tries but fails to hide her laugh .
she wins again , my fault ..if i could only control myself around her ..i need to answer her ..i can't let her win .
I just look at her "fair point miss , but wait ..you can't blame a man on the position of his hand since you're wearing such a dress ..you thought this was a business celebration..isn't this dress a bit too ..revealing for business celebration ? " i say happy that i found something to say .
"i'm sorry sir but i wear whatever the hell i want ..you on the other side should learn how to control yourself ..it's not my fault i'm perfect " she says as she grins and walks away to get another drink .
And she says i'm arrogant ..i don't know what to feel ..angry ..amused ..i'm just overwhelmed ..on one side i wanna pin her against one of these walls and put this smart mouth of hers to use and on other ...i just wanna kill her.
"Luke ? " Bonnie says and i notice that i'm staring at Eva like a mad caveman
"yeah ? " i ask smiling sweetly at her
"wanna go ? " she asks me and i smile
"no ..do you ? " i ask her and she shrugs
"i don't know , you seem annoyed ..you have been annoyed all day " she says rolling her eyes and i smile .
"sorry bonnie ..I just hate surprises" i say looking around and then back at her " ..you know what ..i have work tomorrow i think it's better if we get going " , she nods ..and just then the devil comes back .
"so what did i miss ? " she asks looking at me
"we're leaving now ! but thank you so much for inviting us ! " Bonnie says pouting and Eva mirrors her ..oh these lips .
"Staaay please ..you can stay at my house " Eva says excited and i tense ,
"No " i say before i can stop my words and Eva looks at me with a this-is-none-of-your-business look.
"yes Lucas is right ..i can't ..but thank you and happy birthday again ..you're one pretty bright girl " Bonnie says ..yeah ..and arrogant and stubborn and annoying ..and the list goes on . I sound like a fucking teenager but that's how she makes me feel .
"you're most welcome ..thank you " Eva gives her a warm hug then turns to me .
"have a nice evening Evangeline and happy birthday again " i say hugging her i made sure to take her scent in and then i whisper in her ear "this is not over love " and she shivers ..oh ..she's finally reacting the way i want her to .
"T..thank you " she says and i smile ..yes ..now i know how to effect you ..you little beautiful devil .

Holly crap ..did he just say love ..god i feel like the blood is rushing through my veins , i could listen to him saying that forever ..i wish i can stop him from talking shit all the time and make him only say the word "love" and nothing else forever
