She become sad 😔 because now she have to go home without meet him for last time, Her heart felt pain😥. She wanted to see him last time because after that she don't know when she'll be able to meet him.😰

She was feeling heavy like she is leaving something behind, her eyes was stuck on door in hope that he will come and give her good bye hug and kiss.😰😰

Dr.Dev took out needle, she didn't even realized because she was in other pain 😥. Her heart cried because she won't be able to meet him for last time, she won't be able to hug him and kiss him for last time, she won't be able to get chance to thank him.😰😰😰

She couldn't believe he didn't came to meet her 😢, Mr.Gill and Baaz came in room to take her home. They make her to sit on wheelchair and came out side.

She was lost in thought, her heart broke 💔because finally she is leaving without meet him. Her heart was pounding like her heart pleading her to wait for him.😢💔

"Baba Ji please send him, please😰 send him 😢😢 i want to meet him before i go home. I want to hug him please Baba ji send him" tears rolled down to her eyes because there is no hope to see him for last time.💔💔

She sat in car and became motionless when tyre start rolling in speed and drove out from the hospital gate.💔😢😥
"Bye sidharth, i'll miss you and thank you" she mumbled while looking back at the gate.😰

On the other hand, he came in her room after surgery but room was empty.

Aisha - Sir she got discharged.

He got shock to hear that she didn't met him for last time💔. How she can leave without say goodbye to him. His heart broke after realizing that she left without say goodbye to him. 😢😰

He wanted to say goodbye to her, he wanted to give her goodbye kiss, he wanted to hug her tightly and take her in his embrace for last time💔💔. He became motionless after having thought that now he won't be able to see her, he won't be able to meet her.😥😰

"Why shehnaaz? Why did you left without say good bye to me😔? Why didn't u wait for few hours? You was in that hurry to go away from me😥😰? How could u do this shehnaaz? How?" He mumbled with moist eyes.😢💔

He went to his cabin heart broken. He sat and took his phone out and he sees so many missed calls and couple messages from her.

He cursed himself to missed her calls and messages. He opened her last message 😔
"I am leaving now Sidharth, I think you are busy somewhere that's why u didn't came to meet me. But before i go i wanted to hug you and tell you something which i am saying right now via message.😔

He was feeling guilty for not to come on time before she left. His heart cried when he remembered that she had needle in her hand and someone else took out needle from her hand.😰

Ohh God!! She cried because of pain😢😢. Oh God how careless i am !!😰😰
She probably missed me when she felt pain.
He closed his eyes and her teary eyes flashed back In front of his eyes.

He became restless because his heart start crying. He pick up his phone and called her but her phone was unreadable. "Oh God when i will meet her? When i'll take her in my embrace and say sorry for my careless behavior? 😰😢

He message her "I am so sorry for my careless behavior, i was stuck in surgery. I am sorry because you got pain while taking out needle. I am sorry because I didn't came on time to meet you. I am so sorry.. please call me as soon as possible." Please...😢😢

It's been 4 hours but still no reply from her, he is not only restless but also tensed for her. "Why she didn't replied me back ? Why she didn't call me yet? I hope she is fine 😔😔. I hope everything is okay.😔😔"

Night passed without having any conversation with each other, she saw his msg last night but didn't replied him back because she was heartbroken from his careless behavior.💔💔

He woke up and got ready. He checked his phone but no calls or messages from her. His restless increasing by passing seconds because she read his msg but still no reply from her. First time in his life he is feeling like he is dying slowly slowly.💔💔

Dying for her, dying to see her, dying to take her in his embrace, dying to hear her voice. "I want to meet u,Naaz. I want to..."!!! He is feeling like someone stabbing in his heart and cutting his heart out.💔💔

Shehnaaz woke up and had breakfast. She checked her phone, there is no call or message from him. She is feeling very low because she is missing him.

"Sidharth u didn't missed me ? Why didn't u call me? U didn't came to meet me for last time yesterday, now I don't know when i am able to meet you😢😢".

Her heart shrink in mere thought that now she won't able to meet him. Her heart start beating slowly😔 she is siting on her bed lifelessly. She don't feel anything around her.
Her family members making loud noice for her birthday preparations but still nothing effecting her.

Both dying slowly slowly for each other, their heart is not beating in regular rhythm. Both need to see each other rather their hearts will stop anytime. Unknowingly their heart connected with each other and now to keep them alive they need each other.😢😢😢
