 I leaned on the door and shivered then right when I was going to stand up and walk back downstairs the door opened and I fell back again.

 "Ugh... really?" My arm was over my eyes and my other on my stomach.

"Cole, don't tell Dads. Well they already know but I mean right now don't tell them. Wait can I ask you something?" Why me? Why now? I moved my arm slowly and looked up at him. He was just in his boxers and was looking down at me with hopeful eyes. Shit. I slowly got up and he closed the door and made me sit in his desk chair. He sat on his bed and he had this serious look on his face before he looked at me.

 "How did you know you were gay?" Woah... not what I was expecting.

 "Umm.... I've never been attracted to girls. I never got... excited with them. I don't know. I've just always been attracted to guys. Why do you ask?" He fidgeted on his bed and cranked his knuckles. "That's not good to do. Stop that." He stopped then look at me again.

 "I think I might be bi."

 "Okay, what makes you think that?"

 "When you walked in I was-"

 "I know! Don't say it!"

 "Aright, well that but with a guy’s picture and before that it was with a girl’s picture. Is that okay?" He looked so nervous and scared. I got up and sat beside him and rubbed his back.

 "Bentley there is nothing wrong with it. You have nothing to be ashamed of. You like who you like. I won't judge you for it, Dads won't judge you for it. No one in the family will judge you for it. It's perfectly okay for you to like boys and girls Bent. Just don't date both at the same time. That's wrong." He laughed and I laughed with him.

 "Thanks Cole. Glad you're back by the way. I missed you. Aide doesn't give good advice." I laughed and hugged him again before getting up.

 "Tell Dads yet?"

 "No, I think I will talk to them some other time. I'm not totally comfortable with it yet." I nodded and told him again it's nothing to be ashamed of before saying goodnight and walking back downstairs. I walked into the kitchen and Dads were sitting at the table with Aide laughing.

 "Hey, your food is the microwave sweetie." Daddy said, so I went and grabbed it and then sat down by them and ate my chow mein.

 "How'd it go with the kids?" Dad asked.

 "Elly was a sweetie, as always. But Derek hates me, but that's fine. I want him looking out for her. So I will get him to trust me again soon and Bent.... let's say I saw more then I wanted but we're good too."

 "I told him to put something on his doorknob." Dad groaned and put his head in his hands. Aide laughed and so did Daddy. I finished eating and cleaned my plate before I sat down again and it got quiet.

 "Baby, are you okay?" Daddy asked.

 "I'm fine. I'm really sorry for the past few weeks. I was just... I don't know. I was overwhelmed and stressed. I'm sorry, that doesn't excuse my actions. I will make it up to you guys." Dad and Daddy looked at me with so much pride them. I was so happy to see that. I smiled at them and they returned it.

 "That's great son. But you're still grounded." I laughed and they did too. I got up and kissed them both on the cheek before going downstairs with Aiden.
