It's Okay || l.h [completed]

I'm not going to start this stupid journal thing with the cliche 'Dear Diary'. I'm not a girl. But... I feel like I should write my thoughts down. I want to be able to tell my story from now, watch it as it passes by.

So let's start with a day that may have changed my life.

Today I met Ashton for the first time.

He came to band practice on his pushbike, it was hilarious actually. He had ridden all the way from his house to Michael's on it. Michael and I didn't even bother to ask why, we just ignored it.

We asked him if he wanted to play Fifa with us, but he said he didn't play Fifa. What normal teenage guy doesn't play Fifa?

Calum wasn't there because he was footballing. Unfortunately that meant he couldn't practice with us for our first gig when he wasn't in the same country as us, but we don't really mind. We're happy for him that he's doing this. Calum loves football.

But anyway, back to Ashton.

He seems like a cool guy. He's really dedicated to this musician thing, and I think he could actually get us where we want to go.

I'm so glad Michael found him.

Our band might actually have a chance now that we have Ashton. Today was the birth of 5 Seconds of Summer.

(Although he should really stop wearing that horrific purple shirt and those three-quarter length shorts, that looks really weird.)
