Chapter 13: You're so jealous

Betty's POV:

It had been almost 2 weeks since I revealed my past to Jughead. The next day he revealed his past to me. He told me about his Italian background. His grandparents immigrated from Italy to New York. He was close with them, which is why he learned Italian. His father was the leader of a gang in the Bronx. He had a brother named Fitzgerald, which was funny to me. His dad names him Forsythe and his little brother Fitzgerald. His best friends were a guy named Alejandro, who was Puerto Rican, who taught him Spanish and how to dance. His other best friend was Archie, they were all like brothers. He told me how his dad wanted him to be the next leader, and he wanted to be the next leader. But so did his brother, and his family were having many fights. So he decided to make a big fight with his dad, of how he didn't want to be a leader and have a mediocre life like his father. Just so his brother could become the leader. He left town with Archie and they joined the army. Up to this day, Archie and him have been best friends. I knew who Archie was, he was his old partner. And I knew he had an accident , which made him retire earlier. He even had some bad health problems. Jughead and I had become closer than ever, now knowing everything about each other. Ut had been honestly the best 2 weeks of my life. Just enjoying each others company and working together. It felt like our relationships was changing a bit, for the best. I was even now sleeping better than I have ever had. Not waking up in the middle of the night and getting about 10 hours of sleep. It felt good to have someone next to uh in bed, I always hated feeling emptiness around me, like something would snatch me in the night. It felt great to have someone, every morning we would wake up and be entangled with each other. It was a little weird, but somehow it felt right to be cuddled up. 

We were right now in the penthouse with Toni and her best agents. We were discussing our plans to free Cheryl Blossom. It was going to be at the Society ball, we were lucky it was a masquerade. They were doing this because they had some criminals attending and it was safer this way. Toni was just explaining how they would break in and take her, while we were in the meeting.

J- So everything is set?

T- Yes, we will take care of everything. You guys don't have to worry, you will just need to keep look out and let us know where the people are. 

B- Just look out?

T- Betty I know you like to be the hacker and be in control. But we have pretty good hackers. 

J- Don't tell her that, she believes she's the best.

Jughead said with a smirk that made my heart flutter. 

T- Oh I know, but she is pretty much the best. 

B- Thanks Toni, but you're supposed to defend me from Jug here. 

T- I always have your back sis, no worries. 

B- I hope so 

J- Well I will leave you girls to catch up with girl talk? 

B- Thank you, I would of kicked you anyway

J- Bossy much

B- Always 

J- Anyway bye Betts, bye Toni

T- Do you guys like each other ?

B- No, why would you say that ? 

T- Because you guys seem a little flirty, idk I just got a romantic vibe.

B- That's not true, we don't like each other. 

T- Umm okay… he's really hot by the way 

B- Excuse me? Toni your into girls, not guys, why all of a sudden you're into Jughead.

She laughed hysterically 

T-OMG

B- What?

T- You're so jealous, and I was just joking. I mean he's hot. But I'm not into him, I can clearly see he's yours to claim.

She threw me a wink

B- Hahaha very funny

T- Anyway, I saw this place has a sauna, let's have a girls spa day!!!!

B- I'm in!!!
