XXXIII. Epilogue

KENZIE'S POV

Incase your wondering, it's been 2 and a half years since that trial.
Every day since, Johnny and I have been inseparable and incredibly in love.
Just under a year ago, Johnny took me on a date to the beach.
When I arrived he had set out a big, pretty picnic with a blanket and candles. He had also brought roses and gave them to me when we sat down. It was a magical evening, second best day of my life. Long story short, at the end of the date Johnny got down on one knee and... Proposed!!! He had bought a lovely ring and I obviously accepted his proposal. Just so you know when I said that was the second best day of my life, it would have been the first, but today is the first.
Today is our wedding day.

"EMILY! LAUREN! HURRY UP AND GET YO ASSES IN THAT CHANGING ROOM!" Annie yelled through the door in rage.

"Sorry!! We were just talking to the boys!" Lauren admitted, running in with Emily

"Omg!!! Kenz you look beautiful" Emily sighed while sprinting past me

I was sat at my dresser, with Annie doing my hair and makeup. She was really good at it now because her sister took a course in it and taught her! Oooo and do you remember that pizza guy? Asher? Well him and Annie are going 7 months strong. Theyre such a cute couple honestly

"KENZIE?! HELLO?!" Annie called
Oops I must have dazed out while thinking about all that's happened

"Oh! Sorry yep?" I said turning to Annie

"It's time for the dress!" She squealed

I looked at the dressing room door and Emily and Lauren, who were now in bridesmaid dresses walked out carrying my big, white dress over their arms

I took a deep breath, got up and the girls helped me get into my dress
After about an hour we were all finally ready to go

"Are you nervous?" Emily asked while pulling my Vail out

"I know I should be. But no. Not one bit. I just can't wait to start the rest of my life with Johnny" I said smiling

Annie peaked her head through the door and gasped
"You look amazing Kenz!"
"Oh but we're all ready for you!" She squealed

Okay. I took one last deep breath, before stepping out of the room
When I turned the corner, music began playing and my dad linked arms with me, smiling

"I can't believe this say has come" he muttered to me

"Me too dad. Me too" I mumbled

I walked down the isle and Emily, Annie and Lauren followed behind
When I started walking I had my head down but when I lifted it, my heart melted
Johnny was stood there tall, at the altar, smiling at me
Tears came to my eyes and I took a breath before meeting Johnny at the front

"Hey" he whispered

"Hi" I said back, grinning

"We gathered here today, to celebrate the coming together of two people. Please state your names and repeat what I say" The priest began

"I John Vincent Orlando, take thee Mackenzie Francis Ziegler to be my lawfully wedded wife, in sickness and in health"

"I Mackenzie Francis Ziegler, take thee John Vincent Orlando to be my lawfully wedded husband, in sickness and in health"

"Please exchange rings, and state your vows" the priest said looking at both of us

And so we did. Johnny slipped the ring in his hand onto my finger and I did the same to him.
"I now pronounce you Husband and wife. You may kiss"

Johnny grabbed my waist and pulled me to him. My arms wrapped around his neck and I reached my face up to his.
"Your beautiful" he told me before smashing his lips onto mine and leaning forward, so that I was bending backwards into his arm
We kissed for what felt like an eternity. It was unlike any other kiss we shared, it was full of passion and love. It felt like we were the only two people in the world as every other person in the room, slowly disappeared.
"I love you" Johnny said pulling away

"I love you too" I smiled

The ceremony was finished but that didn't mean the day was! In other words, it's time to PARTY!

we were now in a big hall with lots of decorations and banners
Johnny and I had just shared our first dance and everyone sat down to eat some food
We all dove into our food while laughing, joking and having a good time

"SPEEEEEEECCCCCHHHHHHH!!!" Hayden yelled at us, causing the room to go silent and people turning to our direction
Johnny looked at me, smiled then stood up

"Okay I guess I'm doing this" he chuckled
"I've never been good at speeches or public speaking but with Kenz by my side, I can do anything. The day we met I knew you were the one for me, I just had to convince you of that too. As you became Mrs Orlando, I promised to forever love you, and that was true. When I look at you now all I can see is how wonderful our future is going to be. The words 'i love you' still aren't enough to explain how much you mean to me! Whatever the future holds, I know we can get through it together" Johnny announced, looking down at me throughout and smiling his ass off

He sat back down and everyone cheered and then started eating and talking again

"Wait!" I called and everyone turned to face me
Johnny looked at me with a confused look
I stood up and began speaking
"I'd like to say some words too if that's alright" I said smiling
"Go on Mrs Orlando" Johnny said to me with a grin
I took a deep breath and began
"Now before I start I'd like to say I don't know how I will top Johnny speech" I laughed and everyone chuckled too
"Johnny Orlando. What am I going to do with you? Your messy, loud, stubborn and clumsy. I can't blame you for that last one though because I'm pretty clumsy too considering how hard I fell for you! I love you more than anything and we have our friends and family to thank for that. A big reason of why we ended up here, like this, right now is due to that day 2 and a half years ago. On that day, when we were celebrating, you said to me after I told you I loved you, 'are you sure? I'm pretty crazy!'  and I didn't have the most creative response and I just said 'yeah I'm sure'. But I'd like to change that answer if that's okay?" I turned to Johnny and held his hand
"Yeah your definitly crazy, your a psycho!... But your my psycho"
