"Relax, please relax" Chaeyoung's voice echoed in her ears but the only thing that Jennie could focus on was getting to the hospital as soon as possible. Neither of them had a car so getting a taxi was the only available option at that moment. Her heart was beating out of her chest for the most part while her hand held Chaeyoung's tightly, tighter than she ever held any other hand in her entire life. Chaeyoung on the other side tired being the calm one although she was freaking out as well, panicking though and showing Jennie how insanely stressed she was wouldn't lead to anything good in the end of the day. "What if she's hurt?" Jennie asked panicked and looked over at Chaeyoung with tears ready to roll down her cheeks. The thought of Lisa being hurt in any way was just breaking her heart.
"She will be okay," Chaeyoung tried calming both herself and Jennie down as she kept looking out of the car window hoping to see the hospital any time now. "How do you know that? We don't know that Chaeng" Jennie kept stressing even more to the point where she started being unable to breath normally, her whole body being covered by a cold sweat that didn't seem to leave her alone. "Well we're about to find out cause we're here" Chaeyoung said and unbuckled her seatbelt, Jennie doing the same while trying to hold onto her best friend's hand as much as she could for as long as possible. Thanking the driver they both stepped out of the taxi and found themselves standing right outside the general hospital of Seoul, Jennie's knees getting weaker at the sight of the huge building in front of her.
"Are you okay?" Chaeyoung asked and approached her after paying for the taxi, her arm wrapping around Jennie's waist to bring her close to her own body. Jennie simply shook her head and avoided looking at her friend that was fighting with her stress as well. Jennie just wanted to see that Lisa was okay, Evelyn too, no matter how horrible she was to her back in Hawaii she didn't stop being a person, a human being. "Come on, let's go," Chaeyoung said and took Jennie by the hand as if she was a small child that was scared to go to her first day of school, that's exactly what it felt like, the level of fear and stress was almost the same. Taking a deep breath herself, Chaeyoung practically dragged Jennie in the hospital walking to to elevator that would take them to the emergency room where Lisa and Evelyn probably were.
Emergency room, even those words sounded scary to her. That's where people go when they have a serious problem and that is what Jennie feared the most, that she wouldn't see Lisa standing waiting for her in the hallway, that she would see her laying on a hospital bed again with her eyes closed as if she's completely drained of life. Closing her eyes as she elevator doors opened again, Jennie took her time until she could open them again, her hand grabbing tightly onto Chaeyoung's who was next to her since the moment they left Jennie's apartment. She couldn't think of letting go of Jennie, she knew that the woman would have a panic attack on the spot and fall down from how anxious she was. "Guys," Jennie's eyes snapped open when she heard Jisoo's voice approaching them alongside with a few footsteps making obvious that the woman was not standing too far away from where the elevator was.
"Where is she?" Jennie asked immediately and squeezed Chaeyoung's hand that had turned multiple different colours by now, the pressure that Jennie was putting on it being way too much. Jisoo looked between Chaeyoung and Jennie for a moment, no words leaving her mouth as she looked around as well as if she was looking for someone specific. "Jisoo, where is Lisa?" Jennie asked again and followed Jisoo's gaze that looked towards the long hallway on their right, the tall brown haired woman walking down the pathway that lead to where Chaeyoung, Jisoo and Jennie were standing. Letting go of Chaeyoung's hand Jennie didn't even think of what she wanted to say or do, she had no control over her body, she just ran towards Lisa as fast as she could. Looking up from where she was walking Lisa stopped as soon as her eyes spotted Jennie running towards her, her arms opening only to close again a few seconds later when Jennie buried herself in them.
