"I can't tell you where she is, but I can tell you she's not there. Come back, please" Jisoo said and let out a sigh that made Lisa's ears ring from the other side of the line, the woman feeling guilty for wanting to tell Lisa everything she knew about where Jennie was. She wanted to keep her promise and keep Jennie's secret a secret but on the other side she couldn't help but wonder what Lisa was going through. Her best friend had gone as far as to get a plane ticket and go on a 13 hour plane ride to find someone, the person that she knew she wronged the most by now, Jennie. "I shouldn't even go to the extent and ask you where she is then," Lisa said and by the tone of  her voice it was evident that she was not only disappointed but also hurt a little bit as well. "It's not that I don't want to it's just that..." Jisoo stopped while Lisa waited to see how that sentence would eventually end, her hand holding the hot cup, slowly feeling it burning her palm.

"You know what, I don't care, let Chaeyoung kill me after this," Jisoo said and Lisa felt like a wave of life hit her again, her lungs opening and allowing even more oxygen to go in them. She truly felt like she was being brought back to life after a long long time. "New Zealand, she wanted to go to her parents' house after leaving Korea," Jisoo finally came clean in one breath, instantly regretting opening her mouth since she was going to get in trouble and she knew about it. "Unnie, is she really there?" Lisa said and got up from her seat, throwing a ten dollar bill on the table and walking out of the small café soon finding herself out in the streets of New York City once again. "Yeah, you'll have to get an invitation from someone who lives there to go" Jisoo explained when she heard the way that Lisa was talking, her best friend sounded almost out of breath and Jisoo could only imagine her running down the long busy streets of New York like a crazy person.

"I will, I know how and from who" Lisa explained and looked up from where she was sitting  to meet Jennie's eyes that were already looking back at her. No matter how many times she had looked into Jennie's eyes she still found it hard to believe that she was real, she was so captivating that sometimes Lisa couldn't help but wonder how come a woman like Jennie turned to look a person like her. "Who? Do you know someone here?" Jennie asked curious while bringing the wine bottle they had opened and been sharing for a while now closer to her mouth , taking a sip while waiting for Lisa to answer her question. Lisa didn't know what she should focus on first, the fact that she sitting next to Jennie while having the woman's cat eyes glued on her or that they were sitting on the floor of Jennie's living room next to each other sharing a bottle of wine?

"You can easily guess," Lisa laughed and took the bottle from Jennie's hand, now her turn to take a sip of wine instantly feeling it hit the back of her throat. Even though she was not the biggest fan of wine it's all they had left after Jennie's vigorous drinking the night before. "I don't know, people tend to easily like you," Jennie commented causing Lisa to laugh a little while placing the bottle on the coffee table in front of them, Lisa's eyes focusing on the garden that could be seen from the window in front of them, the light moonlight coming in and lighting up the living room. "Wait a minute," Jennie spoke up again and turned around completely so she could face Lisa entirely, the spark that appeared in her eyes a sign that she had an idea of who it could be. "Is that why my parents decided to go to Melbourne all of a sudden? They knew you were coming?" Jennie came to a conclusion almost immediately.

She didn't even had to take an verbal answer, she could see the mischievous smile that painted its way on Lisa's lips, the older woman looking away for a moment to avoid giving away her little "secret" but the cat was already out of the bag. "You piece of shit, how could you use my mom like that?" Jennie joked and fake punched Lisa on the shoulder causing both of them to burst into sudden laughter, their voices traveling all around the house that was empty of people, they were the only ones there. "I had my reasons," Lisa simply answered when her laughter died down, her voice barely above a whisper but her eyes still seeking to look into Jennie's cat eyes that seemed so intimidating at times and so pure and innocent at others. "How long are you staying for?" Jennie dared to ask even though she was pretty sure she wouldn't like the answer she was going to get, she knew how difficult it was to get a visa for more than a week or two so she was kind of prepared for what she was going to hear.
