RAGE. RAGE WAS ALL KEZIAH FELT LATELY. But it also led to her downfall. She couldn't help it though, after Kol's death, she lost it. She went into the deep end, head over heels, falling constantly. It had been a few months since that dreadful day.

She left Mystic Falls as soon as she could. All it did was remind her of him. She saw his face everywhere, haunting every living moment. She couldn't take it, so she ran. She left Nik, not uttering a single word of where she was going. She didn't know. She was just going.

He called, many times. Too many to count. Rebekah did as well, even Elijah, but she couldn't answer. She didn't want them to see her like this, hear her like this, spiralling out of control.

In her rage, Keziah had attacked her parents when she found them in New York again. Disappointed was what they were, at seeing her. She had siphoned some magic from a group of vampires she encountered and used it against them. She wanted to hurt them like they hurt her. Did it feel good? Yes. Did it do anything to help? No.

Word had gotten around to the New York covens that a siphoner was around. They came at her with all they could. In her rage, she was stronger. She stole all their magic and defeated those who tried to best her. Keziah travelled the states, heading anywhere she could.

She turned up the music in the convertible Jaguar she had found in California. After the third day of driving, she had been listening to ABBA on the way back to Mystic Falls. In this current state, it seemed like the best place for her. It was normally the centre of all my problems, but not this time.

The town centre was empty, so she pulled up to the grass and put the handbrake on. She stepped out of the car as the music still played loudly. In the passenger seat, laid a full bottle of whiskey, she grabbed it and opened it. Leaning against the front of the car, she drank the bottle, needing an escape. She'd been drinking a lot more recently.

Keziah needed to loosen up. Soon enough, she was tipsy, dancing and singing as loudly as she could to Mamma Mia. It's not like anyone would hear her terrible singing. She was all alone in this godforsaken place.

"Mamma mia, here I go again, my, my, how can I resist you?" She shouted at the top of her lungs.

She managed to stand up on the hood of the car, twirling around and dancing drunkenly, not a care in the world.

"I much prefer waterloo."

Keziah screamed at the sound of a man's voice and fell off the hood of the car. She groaned as she landed on the floor. When she looked up, he was bent down to her level, a Cheshire grin taking up his face.
