FINDING OUT THAT KLAUS MIKAELSON HAD DIED was devastating. Knowing that Keziah didn't get to say goodbye, hurt. Knowing that she didn't get to thank him for everything he did for her, hurt. There was so much she wanted to tell him yet couldn't.
She was a mess. She had hidden inside the comfort of the bed bawling her eyes out. He'd become the brother she always wanted, and he was gone. He wasn't meant to die, he's the immortal hybrid. Nothing could kill him.
And nothing did. Rebekah called the very next day and told them how Nik managed to evade death by jumping into Tyler Lockwood. Keziah had never been so thankful in her life. When she next saw him, she was going to hit him as hard as she could. He deserved it for letting her think he was dead.
After that horrific time, Kol had taken Keziah to London. She had always wanted to go, and they saw it as an opportunity. They acted like the tourists they are. Taking pictures outside of Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Tower Bridge, going on the London Eye and strolling through Hyde Park.
Their romantic getaway was cut short when Rebekah called once again, this time asking for they're help. She knew they'd agree when it was going against the Scooby gang. Rebekah wanted the cure and they were going to help her.
They caught the first flight out of London and headed back to Mystic Falls. They made it back just in time.
Kol pulled his ringing phone out of his pocket and put it on speaker.
"Sister, what are we up to today?" Kol answered.
"Hi Bekah!" Keziah greeted happily into the phone.
"Keziah, Kol, thanks for coming. I need you to find a professor Shane at Whitmore college and then bring him to the high school."
"Can I ask why?" Kol asked.
"He's the only one who knows how to get the cure."
"Consider it done." Kez responded.
Kol hung up the phone and they headed off.

"God, I do not miss this place." Keziah stated as they walked through the high school. All it brought was bad memories. She was glad that Kol took her away and they went exploring. She was missing out on what the world had to offer.
The professor was being pulled along in Kol's deadly grip. Anytime he would try to speak, Kol would tighten his grip and shut him up immediately. Keziah found it ever so amusing.
