Ch 7- poor Rosie

ROSIE POV
when I got home I immediately took pain medication because ever since Charlie touched my sore teeth they would not stop hurting.. I am not showing my parents I am in pain because they will want to to take me to the dentist and I don't  wanna see Charlie

SHILOH POV

I went home after I dropped off Rosie at her house. I would expect Charlie to be coming home soon. He is going to question me to see where Rosie went. I was sitting on the couch watching netflix when i heard the front door open now Charlie was home.

"Hey Shi where did Rosie go?" Charlie asks

" she went home" I say not looking at him 

"She didn't leave the office how did she go home" Charlie says 

"the window in the bathroom at the office that is how you forget a window was in there?" I said ending with a smart remark.

"don't talk to me like that i do not like when you talk to me like that" Charlie said 

I shrug and ignore him, he sighs and walks in the other room. 

CHARLIE POV

I knew there was a window in the bathroom at the office, i thought it was locked though. Hmm Rosie can be smart. I should call her parents to schedule her an appointment without Rosie knowing. I do not want to see her in pain and i will not let her get away with it. 

I go on my laptop and into patient files for the office. I find Rosies file and i dialed a number that was listed on it and walked in the other room so Shiloh did not know what was going on. 

Someone picked up the phone on the other end

"hello?" a ladies voice said 

"hello, Dr. Stevenson speaking from Happy smiles family dentistry, here to schedule your daughter Rosie an appointment to get some cavities filled" I say

"How do you know she has cavities...wait is that you Charlie?" the lady asks

"yes i am Charlie, how i know is because my sister Shiloh was hanging with Rosie today and i mentioned dental checkups before states because Shiloh needed ones before states and they are on the same swim team.. so i offered to look at her teeth which i did and found 3 cavities.. she refuses to have them filled" I explain to her

" oh dear.. that is nice of you taking a look at my daughters teeth i want her to get them filled but she puts up fights a lot like Dr. Rowell when she was gonna get braces she twisted his arm" the lady said 

"yes i am aware of that situation, i am willing to take as much time with her as needed to make her comfortable, just do not tell Rosie she will try to dodge this appointment" I say

" Will do, so when is the appointment?" she asks

"we could do tomorrow after school, i only have a few patients, also one thing what is your opinion on restraints?" i say not really wanting to use restraints but i may have to for her safety and mine.

"restraints are fine, i will leave it a surprise for Rosie see you tomorrow" she says then hangs up

oh poor Rosie is in for a treat tomorrow...
