SHILOH POV
The next day we all woke up around 9 in the morning. I kind of forgot about my tooth because it was not hurting.
We all packed up and cleaned up and headed upstairs with our stuff.
It seems like Charlie has made breakfast. He made pancakes.
"I made pancakes girls if you are hungry" he said
We all sat at the table and Charlie served all of us pancakes.
"Do you have syrup" Rosie asks
Charlie looks at her.
"Would I offer you pancakes without syrup?"
"No" Rosie said
He puts a thing of syrup on the table. Surprisingly not sugar free.
Rosie puts a crap ton on hers.
I start chuckling
"You know that is full of sugar?" Charlie says
"Why did you buy it" Allison asks
"Because.. I like syrup with my pancakes..." Charlie says as he takes the syrup from Allison which makes her laugh.
"Wow a dentist sure likes his syrup" Grace laughs
"Shut up.." Charlie says after he douses his pancakes in syrup. "At least I brush my teeth really good"
"Ooh" I say
Grace got embarrassed.
After breakfast we all packed up, my friends go home. I forgot about Charlie wanting to check my tooth.
"Go brush your teeth" he said
"Why?" I ask
"I have to take you to the office and pull that tooth" he says
I got silent I forgot about it.
Charlie looks at me really concerned.
"Are you alright?" He asks
"I forgot I'm not in pain anymore" I say
"Normally when a tooth gets knocked out it only hurts for a few hours" Charlie admits
"I just wanna eat a apple and get it out myself" I say
"Come on I will do it painlessly at my office" Charlie said
"Ugh you know I hate your office" I whine
"I know but I promise it will be quick and I will get you a milkshake after how about that?" He says
"Fine" I say and soon enough we were in the car to his office.
We soon arrive to his office and we get out of the car and head inside and we went on back to the exam room when he told me to take a seat
"I'll be right back" he says and exits the room
I was about to get up and walk out and he comes back in with a tray of tools. "Alright we ready to get this show on the road?" He jokes
I sigh.
"I know your not happy to be here, but I promise you it will be over soon" he says and washes his hands then snap on gloves and put a mask on.
He then reclined me back and puts on his dental light glasses.
"Say ahh" he says
I open my mouth after a few moments. He grabs the q-tip with jelly and rubs it under where my loose tooth is.
After he is done he throws the q-tip away.
"Just let me know when you feel tingly" he says ad he begins to prep the needle
I began feeling tingly.
"I feel tingly" I say
"Okay close your eyes and open wide for me" he says
I close my eyes and open really wide for him. I felt the needle go in but it wasn't that bad.
He takes it out "see that wasn't painful was it?"
"No not really" I say
"Let me know when your numb" he says
"So Charlie what made you decide to be a dentist?" I mention
"I don't know I just chose it I guess" he says
"Oh okay" I giggle
He chuckles
"Alright are you numb?" He says
"Yea" I say not wanting to do this but there was no way I was gonna get out of this.
"Alright open wide and close your eyes" he says
I do what he was told and open really wide I felt something grasp my tooth then wiggling back and forth then a 'pop'
He then uses water and suction to clean it up and dry it and he places some gauze.
"The bleeding will stop really soon" he says
"What about my milkshake?" I ask
He returns the chair to normal state takes off his special dental light glasses and his gloves and mask
I get up and we walk o it if the room and out of the building and he locks up then we get back in the car and we drive to the ice cream place and get milkshakes.
I love milkshakes it seems like Charlie does too but he is a dentist after all..
