SHILOH POV
It was a few weeks ago I got my braces.. they hurt at first but I have gotten used to them but Charlie mentioned I will have to get them tightened every 4-6 weeks and I would have braces for up to 2-3 years. Which sucks because they will hurt and I will have to go to the dentist more often then the usual 6 months..
I woke up this morning to Charlie shaking my shoulder.. "hey wake up"
"Why.." I mumble sleepily
"We are going somewhere" he says and pulls my blanket off making me cold
I lift my head up.
"Where?" I ask
"A surprise now get up and get ready it's a hour drive" he says
I roll out of bed and stretch and grab some clothes and head to my bathroom. I dressed in a cute polo tee and some khaki shorts. I brushed my teeth and headed downstairs.
Charlie made a ham and cheese omelet for breakfast and I ate it was really good.
"So you wanna know where we are going? Charlie asks
"Where are we going" I ask
"To the amusement park where's there roller coaster and food galore" he says
I smile "is there cotton candy?"
"Yes but I don't want you eating it" he says
"Why not!" I whine
"It's full of sugar and not good for your teeth" he says
"I always brush could I please get some?" I say
He rolls his eyes "we will see"
After breakfast we got our shoes on and headed to the amusement park.
We drove an hour there and we arrive to the amusement park.
It was awesome looking. We go to the entrance and bought our tickets.
We get inside the amusement parks there was roller coasters and other spiny rides.
I look towards a roller coaster, I never went on a roller coaster in my life and I was wanting too.
I get in line for this roller coaster and we took our seats when we got to the front. We were restrained with seatbelts and a lap bar.
The ride started moving and we went up a big hill we got to the top and we shoot down and I was screaming with excitement.
Charlie was really enjoying it too
After the ride and get off and was begging for more. We went on a few other coasters and spiny rides before getting lunch.
We went to this restaurant and I had some chicken tenders which were delicious.
Charlie was a health nut and had a grilled chicken salad which looked good.
After lunch we settled our stomachs before going on any other rides.
After we settled our stomachs we went on the tallest coaster they have at the amusement park.
Charlie was amused on the ride but after the ride he was dizzy looking and stumbling around for the next 5 minutes.
Our day soon came to an end and we were walking towards the exit. I came across a cotton candy stand and pointing at it.
"Please Charlie" I beg
"You know that will rot your teeth" he says
"I don't care gimme money!" I say
He rolls his eyes and hands me money enough for the smallest container of cotton candy they were selling.
After I bought it we walked to the car. We hop in the car, buckled our seatbelts and began the drive home. I opened my cotton candy and had a piece. It was watermelon flavored!
I moan in satisfaction
"How is it?" Charlie asks
"Really good" I say
"Shaun won't be happy about that much sugar with braces I guess I just gotta bring you in Tomorrow for a cleaning" he sighs
"I'll do it myself Charlie" I say and finish off the cotton candy
"Fine I just gotta watch you to make sure you do a good job" he says
I sigh
We arrive home and Charlie immediately made me go brush my teeth and he watched once I was done I kicked him out so I can take a hot bath.
After my bath I was yawning so much I climb into bed and basically crash.
