Force Ghost Eyes

Somewhere within the Force, the Skywalkers and Solos were looking down upon Rey and Padme.

"They have such a cute family," Padme's namesake, Senator Padme Amidala, says to her husband, Anakin Skywalker.

He puts his hands up in defense. "I didn't do anything!"

Padme scoffs. "You strangled me, and tried killing our children."

"I did not!" Anakin denies, his eyes darting to the side as he nervously scratches the back of his head.

"Um, so Luke's hand just fell off for no reason, and Leia wasn't held captive by you? Ok," Padme rolls her eyes.

Leia joins in, quickly saying, "Stop arguing! Please!"

Luke nods, adding, "Can we just have one family conversation without fighting amongst each other?"

Padme walks over to her sister, Sola Amidala. "Did you ever fight like this with your husband?"

"No," Sola laughs, glaring at Anakin at the same time. "Then again, I didn't marry a whiny little child who liked killing younglings, and hated 'sand'."

Ben interrupts before it really gets out of hand. "Padme, Anakin, Sola, just stop!! Where did this even come from? You were just talking about Rey and my family, and you just started arguing! Please, I got enough of that with Han and Leia before I went to Luke's school, so please, just shut up!"

They all stare at Ben in shock before replying, "sorry", in unison.

Later, within the Force

"You know, my grandkid, Iris, has a daughter," Sola informs her sister. "Why don't you tell Rey and Padme to visit them? I'm sure they'd love to know they have some family out there in the world.

"Huh. That's actually a really good idea," Padme shrugs, crowing with her eyebrows raised. "Where are they living?"

"Well," Sola puts a hand under her chin in thought. "Last time I went there, they were actually living in your house on Naboo."

Padme calls for Ben, and he appears beside her. She smiles at him. "Ben, dear, why don't you tell Rey to take your daughter to visit Sola's granddaughter, Iris?"

Ben crosses his arms, saying, "Sure. And, hey, if I were to 'appear' in front of Iris's family, would they be able to see me?"

Sola nods. "Iris is force sensitive, so yes. I just don't know about her daughter, Violet. Tell them I sent you, if they see you!"

"I will." And with that, Ben disappears.

*In the real world*

Ben appears to Rey and his daughter, Padme, as they sit in the kitchen eating breakfast. Rey is the only one who's surprised to see him.

"Ben!" she grins at him, the shock dying down. "What're you doing here?"

"I've come to inform you that you have family living on Naboo," says Ben. "Rather, little Padme here does."

"We do?! Can we go today?" Padme asks when she finishes eating.

"I'm sorry Padme, we need the Falcon and Chewie and Lando have it," Rey frowns. "But don't worry! I'm going to call them and tell them to bring it back on Monday."

Padme pouts out her bottom lip. "Mom, that's 3 days away!"

Ben exchanges a look with Rey before he kneels down beside their daughter. "Don't worry, Padme. Time moves a lot faster than we usually expect it to. You'll be with your family on Naboo in no time. For now, be thankful that your mother's even allowing you to go."

Padme looks apologetically back at Rey. "I'll wait. Sorry, mom."

Rey shrugs. "That's alright, baby. Hey, why don't you start packing?"

"Yes!" Padme squeals before running off to her room.

Rey and Ben share a loving smile before Ben disappears again, soon to return.

3 days later

Rey and Padme land the Falcon on Naboo, walking distance from Iris's house.

"I've never seen anywhere as pretty as this," Rey exclaims.

Padme nods, her jaw dropping once she sees the massive mansion before them. "We get to stay there!?"

"If they allow us to, yes," Rey replies, equally as dumbstruck.

They walk to the front door, knocking on it. They smile awkwardly when a lady wearing a white jumpsuit and a large white scarf with cream boots opens the door. She hears a striking resemblance to Padme Amidala.

The lady raises a confused eyebrow at them. "Hello? May I help you?"
