"So what's the deal with the guns anyways? I mean...Luka's got a lot of weapons. Why bother risking your lifes for just a few weapons?" Asked Adalia as she helped Enzo and Gideon get rid of the bodies. They had to dump them into the woods to keep the zombies as far away as possible.

"They aren't just weapons. They mean a lot to me and Mason. They hold...memories of our past. There's something about them that I don't like to talk about." Said Enzo as he tried to change the topic, not wanting to reveal anything crucial about his past to the others.

Adalia looked at Enzo and didn't know why there were still so secretive. Enzo was a bit more free talking as he revealed small bits from his life before all of this. He even mentioned Mason in some of those. But she realized that they kept crucial parts hidden that happened after the outbreak. Atleast for Enzo.

After an hour, they went back to Luka's house and Enzo went to take a look at Mason, who sat all alone in an abandoned restaurant.

"You know..dust particles make you sick." Said Enzo as he saw how dirty the restaurant was. The entrance was completely obliterated and the glass shattered. Mason sat on one of the 2 person tables and looked at the old menu.

"If it wasn't for your wonderful powers of observation, we'd be in deep shit...Sherlock." said Mason as he pointed out that Enzo spoke the obvious. Enzo went over to him and sat at the same table.

"What's going on man? You seem...a bit worried. Stressed even." Said Enzo as he looked at Mason, who looked like shit. Blood spilled on his chest and his hands. It felt like a nightmare looking at him.

"Look, I'm fine alright. I just got a bit frustrated that's all." Said Mason who was clearly lying to Enzo. He knew him just enough to know that he avoided these types of conversations. He never tried to speak his mind but when he does, it felt like he was reading a book.

"The...hallucinations huh? Yeah I know. I get them too but...not as severe as yours. I see Beth walking around funny and I just...smile when I happen to. You..you kill when those things get to your head. I feel like I lost a brother when I see you like that." Said Enzo as he expressed his concerns. Mason looked at him in his usual 'cut the bullshit' look.

"Don't act like we didn't do these things earlier on. Dont you..don't DO THAT TO ME!! MAKING ME FEEL GUILTY THAT WE'VE BECOME...SAVAGES!! JUST LIKE THE REST!! IT AIN'T GONNA CHANGE!!! THIS IS HOW IT'S GOING TO BE FOR THE REST OF OUR LIVES!! You think those fuckers give a shit about what we feel?!? They're used to it. We did it, we'll get used to it too now won't we?" Asked Mason as he pointed out that he and Enzo have done similar things earlier this year. Things they had to do to go by and survive just about.

"I don't want us ending up like THIS!! This little FUCKING LIFESTYLE!!" Yelled Enzo, who didn't like the cruel needs to survive. He was always this way. Trying to avoid conflict by any means. Now, he doesn't have much to work with.

"You think I WANTED THIS?!?!? HUH?!? I WANTED SOMETHING MORE COMFORTING JACKASS!! YOUR MOM PLAYING THE GUITAR EVERY MORNING WE GET UP!! LEXI SINGING A SONG TO GO ALONG WITH IT!! JAMES WHO WOULD BORE US TO DEATH WITH HIS COMPLAINING AND DOUBTS!! SHOULD I GO ON?!?!?" Yelled Mason. Enzo didn't like Mason's tone one bit and stood up from the chair and stood on the same levels Mason did.

"Don't you FUCKING DARE, USING THAT AGAINST ME!!" Yelled Enzo back to Mason, who broke his promise on mentioning their traumatic past.
