Bio: Born in the outskirts of Boston, Howard was orphaned by his unknown parents at the age of 4. He grew up there most of his life and left when he was 16 years old to inlist himself in the Marine Corps. He started out promising but had a shaky middle point in his career. When he decided to toughen up, he became one of the best Marines in the Corps. But his talent was noticed by private contractors who were offering Marines a lot of money for their service. He accepted of course because he had nothing to lose. It was during his time with the private contractors where he met Shepherd. They did all sorts of horrible things to potential threats on the other side of the world. When the 2 year operation ended, Howard learned that the operation was actually illegal. They offered him a lifetime contract of suitable finances so that he could keep his mouth shut. Soon after, he met his wife and they started a family. Years later, he told them of what he did during his time in the illegal part of his career. One of them must've slipped their tongues and before you know it, the private contractors found out. They sent the newly appointed Commander Shepherd, Commander Williamson and Commander Howlett to execute him. But instead, all three of them gave him a torture of sight as he witnessed his entire family being killed. He was spared and all of his property and riches was stripped from him. He was thrown into the gutter poorly. But sooner or later, he found out that each and every one of them were part of the illegal operations he went on. He tracked down their lower ranks and soon, they gave out the information. But as soon as the virus broke out, his quest was halted. Some time later, he found out that Shepherd was now part of Project Tropical Gem. He followed him all the way there. The rest is history.
