"so Cap who the hell is she?" (Y/N)'s laughing ceased at Tony's question.

"She's uh- (Y/N). Me Bucky met her at Central Park yesterday and she took us to a vintage club" Steve stumbled out.

"So you let a stranger take you to an underground club? Great job Cap" Tony's sarcasm was beginning to annoy (Y/N).

"If all you're going to do is complain then why did you bail us out?" She snapped.

"Well Ms- what's her last name?" Steve just sat there not actually knowing her last name.

"I can answer for myself and it's (L/N)"
Tony looked between (Y/N) and Steve, a look of realisation on his face.

"You didn't even know her last name? And here I was thinking tonight couldn't get stupider. I bailed Steve out because it's bad press. You on the other hand, was so that Barnes would stop complaining" (Y/N) just sat there thinking about how much of a cocky asshole this guy was.

"Wow how sweet Bucko cares" she joked causing Steve to let out a small laugh. "So you're taking me home right?"

"Oh absolutely not, we're taking you back to the tower so we can run some background checks on you. We don't let just anyone hang out with the Avengers" Tony said plainly.

"Uh I'm pretty sure this is kidnapping" she looked between him and Steve. Steve just shrugged (thanks a lot Steve).

"Stark always gets what he wants it's better to just go with it, I'm to tired to argue. Besides me and Bucky will be with you" (Y/N) let out an angry sigh at his words and gave him a 'seriously?' look. (Same girl, same)

After one very awkward car journey they arrived at the Avengers Tower.

"Woah, this place is cool. I mean the circumstances aren't great but holy shit!" (Y/N) exclaimed as she was led down a hallway. She passed a large open room with people in it, which Tony tried to drag her away from before anyone could take any notice of her. He didn't succeed. Bucky practically pounced on her, knocking (Y/N) back into Steve.

"Thank god you're alright, I was so worried!" He exclaimed.

"Gee thanks Buck" Steve laughed.

"Sorry I was worried about you too baby" he said pulling away from (Y/N) and placing a quick kiss on Steves lips.

"Care to introduce us?" A voice called from behind Bucky, before (Y/N) could register what was happening she had been pulled into the living room.

"This is (Y/N)" Bucky said like a little boy presenting his new toy. She gave a stiff wave and forced a smile onto her face.

"Oh you're the one that got Cap arrested" a voice said, it belonged to a redhead sat in the corner.

"Sorry what one are you?" (Y/N) asked.

"You're kidding right?" A different voice asked and (Y/N) shifted her attention to a guy with blondish hair.

"I know off you all, but I have no idea what you look like so I don't know who's who. I didn't even know Steve and Bucky were that Steve and Bucky until ten minutes ago. Only reason I recognised Stark is because he had a meeting at the company I work for once" she explained.

"Really where do you work?" Tony asked

"Blue skies tech providers. I'm a secutary for the CEO, it pays quite well but it's boring as fuck"
