Saturday, September 26th

"Mack, are you sure that's a good idea?" I ask cautiously.

"No, I think it's a great idea," she says, proud of her stupid joke.

Mackenzie suggested that since no one was throwing a party tonight, that we should stay in and watch movies double-date style with Tyler and Harry. She tells me that she and Tyler aren't serious, but I can see by the way she lights up when his name is mentioned that she hopes it becomes serious soon. I also know this is a subtle way of her wanting to hang out with her favorite celebrity, and I find it incredibly humorous that she thinks I don't notice this.

"Bitch, call Harry right now or I will!" She threatens playfully, grabbing my phone off of the counter and holding it out to me.

I reluctantly take it from her hand and unlock it. I dial Harry's number and press the phone to my ear before turning away from Mack.

"Hello?" He says, his voice deep like a growl.

"Hey Harry," I greet warmly, my mood instantly lifting after hearing his beautiful voice.

"Hi baby, how are you?" He asks.

"I'm great. How are you?" I retort.

"I'm good," he replies. "What's up?"

I look back at Mackenzie who is smiling ear to ear as she watches my face blush from speaking with him. She puckers her lips to make a kissy face and she kisses the air playfully teasing me.

"Um, Mackenzie had an idea to do a movie night tonight and she is inviting Tyler over, so I was, um, wondering if you wanted to come too?" I ask, feeling a bit awkward to be asking him on a double-date.

I hear him giggle through the phone before he replies, "I would love to, Luna."

I smile, giving Mackenzie a thumb up so she knows he agreed. "Great, you can come around..." I look at Mackenzie, silently asking for an answer. She quickly mouths 'seven' to me, and I reiterate it to Harry. "...seven, if that works?"
