Chap 12: sleepover

*Friday*
Today was the day I was sleeping over at Ryder's and I was excited to see how the bad boy lived. I packed my duffle bag with everything I needed for the sleepover and I got ready for school. I was dressed in skinny jeans and my Batman top with my converse and I slipped on my glasses and put my hair in a ponytail. I grabbed my phone and slipped it in my pocket as I grabbed my duffle bag and walked down to the kitchen and grabbed a granola bar as I saw my brother walk into the kitchen.

"Morning" he said as I smiled and took a bit of my bar.

"Morning sleepyhead" I said as he smiled and made himself some cereal.

"So your not coming home this afternoon?" Xzavier asked as I shook my head.

"Na I'm going straight to his house" I replied as he smiled.

"Okay be careful and no drugs or sex" he said as I laughed.

"I know I had this talk with mom anyway I gotta go since your not going to school today lazy" I said as I grabbed my keys, duffle bag and my school bag.

"I know have fun" he said as I opened the door.

"I'll try" I said as I shut the door and walked to my car before chucking both bags in the back. I hopped in the car and drove off to school. Once I got there I hopped out and grabbed my school bag before locking the car and walked over to my friends.

"Hey so your sleeping over with the bad boy" Jasper said as I nodded and Wyatt joined us.

"You have left me nearly all week alone" I said playfully punching his arm.

"Sorry I was sick and you had Ryder in English so it's okay" he said as I stuck my tongue out.

"That doesn't matter cause the teacher put us together but in other classes you left me for four whole days" I said as the others gasped.

"No way that's so mean Wyatt" Jasper said sarcastically as I hit him in the stomach and he grunted.

"Sorry" he said as I laughed and we walked to our lockers to get the books we needed for today. Just then the bell run and walked to my first class which was music and it wasn't that bad we just played on the instruments and Wyatt taught me a few cords on the piano so I could play a little bit of a song which sounded really cool. My next class was PE or sport the same thing and I had all my friends in this as I smiled and we were playing basketball. Of course the team I was in won and I smiled as we went into a group hug and we congratulated the other team before it was lunch and we walked to our table and sat down.

"So you going to Ryders this afternoon?" Ivy asked as I nodded.

"Yeah and Wyatt when you spending the day with your partner?" I asked as he shrugged.

"Maybe next week since I was sick this week" he replied as I nodded.

"We'll have fun with the bad boy" Jasper said as we laughed.

"I'll try" I said. We talked for a bit about random shit like the race and why the sky is blue. Yeah we are random but that's just who we are and we like it.

It was the last class of the day English and I walked into class with Wyatt and we both took our seats as our partners came and sat next to us and I smiled at Ryder who returned the smile with a smile back. Soon the teacher walked in and gave us all a sheet to work out on with our partners.

"You know we can just do this at mine" Ryder said as I went to fill in the first question but stopped.

"Oh yeah if you want" I said as I put my pen down and looked at him.
