Chapter 35

**Sophie's POV**

"Hey so, you know how you said my boyfriend could come over?" I reminded my bodyguard, Matt.

"Yeah but like I do wanna like meet him first before I ever leave him alone with you." Matt said to me.

"Okay fine. And he's parking the car. He'll be up in a sec." I told him.

Matt nodded.

"Be nice." I said to him.

"I'm always nice sweetheart." He said with a smirk.

I about to tell him off for calling me sweetheart when there was a knock on the dorm room door.

"I'll get it." Matt said and went over to the door. He opened the door with one and had his other hand on his gun.

**Jake's POV**

I knocked on Sophie's door and a man answered it. He look about a year or so older than me and he was hot. Like I wasn't gonna deny it.

"Hey I'm Jake." I said and put my hand out for him to shake.

"Special Agent Matthew Richardson." The guy told me and shook my hand.

Then he let me into the room and I made my over to Sophie. Then I kissed her passionately.

"So I thought the snarky guy was your bodyguard?" I asked Sophie.

"So did I. Turns out he's Emily's and Matt is mine."

So this guy was even more good looking than the snarky guy. Like I trusted Sophie, I had no reason not to, it was Matt that I didn't trust.

I knew that I had to show Matt that Sophie was mine. And mine only.

Sophie went and sat down on her bed, and I went and joined her. Matt was just standing by the door staring at us.

"Matt you've met him how. Can you leave us alone?" Sophie asked Matt.

Matt nodded and left the room.

"I don't like that guy Sophie." I admitted to Sophie.

"Why?" She asked me.

"I just don't like him. I get a weird vibe off him."

Sophie went silent for a few moments.

"You're jealous!" She whispered.

"No I'm not jealous Sophie." I told her truthfully.

"So what? You just don't trust me then?" She yelled at me.

I went silent. I had to choose my next words carefully and I so I paused for a long while.

"It's him that I don't trust Sophie." I finally said.

"Well he's gonna be around me 24/7 so you're just gonna have to deal with that." Sophie said and switched on the tv.

"Babe, that's not the end of this conversation." I said and switched off the tv.

"What else is there to say? You don't like him but he's my bodyguard so you have no choice in this situation. If you want to be with me then you're gonna have to put up with Matt."
