**Gibbs' POV**

I woke up and found that Jen was not in bed beside me. I got out of bed, put some tracksuit bottoms on and went downstairs. I had wanted to put my shirt on also but I couldn't find it.

"What you up to baby?" I asked my gorgeous Jen who was in the kitchen cooking. She was wearing my shirt that I couldn't find.

"I'm making us lunch." She replied as I wrapped my arms around her waist.

"It's not lunch time sweetheart."

"Yes it is Jethro. We were so tired that we fell asleep. I woke up ten minutes ago and it was nearly 1300."

"We've missed so much work." I said with a grin and rested my chin on her shoulder.

"I told Tony that we're not going in today. They said that they would bring Sophie round later."

"Sounds great. So what are we doing for the rest of the day?"

"Well I was thinking we could have something to eat and then watch a movie or something."

"Sounds amazing."

Jen and I had now finished watching our movie. Throughout our afternoon together I kept thinking of Ziva and Tony. Ziva was like a daughter to me. Scratch that, she is my daughter. And Tony, well we all know what Tony's like. The world's biggest player. He would just hurt her.

Jen was asleep with her head on my chest. I carried her up to the bedroom and placed her in bed.

"I'll be back soon babe. I'm just gonna give Tony a piece of my mind." I whispered and then kissed her cheek.

I quietly left the bedroom and the house and drove to the office.

**Jenny's POV**

He thought I was asleep but I wasn't. I had told him not get pissed at Tony and he still was. He was pissing me off now. What Tony and Ziva was doing wasn't wrong. There was no actual rebukes about it at the agency. They were allowed to be together.

I got dressed and left the house. I drove to the office. When I got there I didn't see what I was expecting to see.

**Gibbs' POV**

I got out of the elevator at the bullpen. Tony looked over and when he saw it me, his face turned as white as a sheet. Ziva started walking over to me trying to calm me down.

"No. Don't protect him. He's just going to hurt you. You know him better than all of us Ziva. He's a player." I told her and pointed at Tony in rage.

"Gibbs, you're right. I know him better than all of you which is why I know that he was telling the truth when he told me he's going to change. Scratch that, he already has changed." Ziva told me.

"He's changed? Really him? The guy that's out with a new woman every night? The guy that tells McGee about the sex he got the night before? If that's change then god help us all."

"He hasn't been with a new girl every night. Not for the past year. He's been with me every night. Every time he's said that he's going out with a girl, it's been me. We've just been very good at covering it up."

"And in the morning when he talks about the sex he had the night before?" I asked, knowing that I didn't want the answer.

"Those stories have been about me also. He's a changed man Gibbs. I promise you."

"But.."

"I'm so happy that you're looking out for me, but Tony won't hurt me. And if he does, well we all know that I'm able to handle myself." Ziva said with a smirk at the end.
