- Saturday Afternoon-

I just finished having my lunch. I had a turkey, cheese, and mustard sandwich.

I got a text from Nate.

Nate: Hey, angel are you ready?

Aww, he called me angel! That's so sweet! This morning when I woke up he said 'Good morning, sleeping beauty!' Aww!

Grace: Yes, I'm ready. Where should we meet up?

Nate: Do you want to come over to my house?

Grace: Sure, that works.

Nate: Alright, see you soon!

Grace: Okay, see you soon.

I put my phone in my back pocket of my jean shorts. "Mum, I'm going to Nate's house," I said. "Alright, sweetie! Have fun, don't be gone too long." She said. "Okay," I said.

I opened the front door and exited the house. I started walking to Nate's house when something stopped me. Or someone. I turned around to see a boy, he looked around my age. I don't recognize him though.

He had blonde hair and blue eyes, he was taller than me and he looked strong. He looked pretty built.

"Are you Grace Walker?" He asked. "Y-yeah," I stuttered. "Who are you?" I asked. "I'm a friend of Blake Richardson and Josh Williams," the boy said, my jaw dropped. What is with people making my jaw dropped? Oh my Josh! Wait, did I just say — oh, no! I think I did! Ignore me, I meant Josh. No! I mean Gosh!

I didn't want to hear those names anymore.

"Well are you just gonna stand there or are you actually gonna say something?" The boy asked. He's rude, just like Josh and Blake.

"My friends are now in jail because of you," "I-It's not my fault there in jail," I said. "Yes it is," he said. "No it's not! I did nothing wrong, they were the ones who—" I began to say but I was interrupted by the boy. "Ugh, they were right about you, you really are irritating," he said. I tried my best to ignore him and continue saying what I was saying before he so rudely interrupted. "As I was saying, I did nothing wrong, they were the ones who lied to me, broke into my house, and Josh even cut me, and Blake was going to hurt me," I said. "I actually don't care, I didn't ask for an explanation," he said,

What is this guy's problem? Like, seriously.

I turned away from him without saying anything else and started walking again. But he grabbed my hand and turned me around.

"Let go of me!" I shouted. "No!" He said. I frowned. "Help!!" I screamed.  "Stop screaming!" He said. "What if I don't?" I asked harshly. "Then, I'll hurt you," he said. "Oh, please. Blake continuously said he was going to hurt me but he never did, it's not like you would cut me, I mean look at you—"

And that's when it happens. He cut me...

I mean I guess I was asking for it. But I just thought he was bluffing. I didn't think he'd actually do it.

"Ow!!" I screamed. He smirked. "How does it feel, Grace?" He asked. "It hurts so bad," I said while crying. "Good!"

I need to get to Nate's house, but o have to make sure this boy doesn't follow me. I need to get away from him. Does he even have a name?

"What's your name?" I said still crying. "Why?" He asked. "I'm just wondering, you just cut me the least you could do is tell me your freaking name," I said. "Fine, my name is James," he said. "Okay, well James..." I began I struggled to get up because of my cut leg. The cut that Josh gave me left a scar. I hope this doesn't leave a scar, or else it'll stay there forever.
