I kept running. I finally reached the bottom of the cliff, I saw something in the water. Oh my gosh, It's Sarah! "SARAH!!!" I screamed. Again, no answer. I'm super worried. Jake came right behind me. I ran into the water, with no hesitation. Luckily, the water was pretty calm, so the water wasn't really moving downstream. I just saw Sarah floating in the water with her face down. I swam up to her as fast as I could. I took swimming lessons when I was younger which helped me in this case. "Sarah!!" I shouted. Jake was still on the phone with 911. I finally reached Sarah. I grabbed her waist and turned her around, so she was now facing up. She had some cuts on her forehead, nothing too serious, but there was some blood on her face. Her mouth was open but she wasn't breathing. She had a cut on her lip, it was bleeding a little. "Sarah, please. Please wake up!" I said as I continued crying. I'm crying so much now. I looked at Jake with tears in my eyes. I put my arms under her legs, and I carried her out of the water. I noticed that small parts of the water were slowly turning red. "What is that!?" I said. "What??" Jake asked. "Oh, no. It's blood." I said. "That must mean that she has more cuts!" I said. I continued walking to get Sarah and myself out of the water, and we finally reached land again. I put her down gently on the ground. Her leg was bleeding. She had more cuts on one of her arms too. I stayed with her while Jake went quickly to get Sarah's mum and dad, my mum, Ashton and the paramedics. "I don't know if you can hear me, or not, but Jake's getting your parents, my mum, Ashton and the paramedics, right now," I said.

I saw them all running over. I was crying so much. My mum and Jake came over to me and comforted me. Sarah's parents, and Ashton went over to her. The paramedics put Sarah on a gurney. I stood up and hugged Jake first, and then hugged my mum.

They took Sarah away. Sarah's parents we're going to go with the paramedics in the ambulence to the hospital. They asked if I wanted to go with them, I said that I did, but I knew it would make everything a lot harder for me. So, I told them to just let me know what happens and that I would check in on her another time.

My mum asked Jake if he needed a ride home, he said 'yes.' We got into the car, and the whole ride home I was super quiet. Jake sat in the backseat with me, and comforted me.

When we got home, I got out of the car, and ran into the house. I went straight to my room, and stayed there for the rest of the afternoon.

My mum knocked on the door multiple times, but I told her to go away. She could tell how upset I was, so she left me alone.

I made sure I locked my bedroom door, so no one could bother me or see me like this. Earlier, my mum emailed Blake telling him what had happened, and ever since she emailed him telling him what had happened, he's been blowing up my phone. Jake has also been texting me a lot, but I didn't reply to him either. I haven't been replying. I got no texts from Sarah whatsoever.

Hours and hours passed by, and it was now 12:06 AM. My mum was definitely asleep by now. I took out my phone, and texted Blake and Jake the same thing. I said 'Goodbye for good.'

Then, they kept blowing up my phone more and more. I didn't even bother to look because I knew they would try and change my mind. I put my phone in the trash can, and opened my bedroom door, quietly. I put on my sneakers, and snuck downstairs.

I went up to the front door. I knew the alarm was on, so turned it off. Then, I opened the front door quietly and I ran as fast as I could to the woods. Yes, the same woods where Sarah, Jake and I had been yesterday.

I ran as fast as I could to the middle of the woods, and I sat there alone. In the dark. And I fell asleep. And when I woke up, the sky was still dark but somewhat light so I'm guessing it was around 3:00 AM. I didn't get that much sleep. I knew what I had to do. I ran to where Jake had "Surprised" me yesterday. It was not a good surprise though, at all. And I kept running. I stood exactly where Sarah stood before her accident, and then I sat there on top of the wall of rock. Then, I free-falled.

I screamed.

"Aaaaaahhhhhh!!!!!"
