Hi, I'm Grace Walker. I'm just a normal girl. I wake up, get ready, eat breakfast, and go to school. I go to Oakwood High, High School. Every morning on a basic weekday I would get on the bus, and sit next to my best friend, Sarah Coleman. Sarah is the most funniest, and honest person you could ever meet! She is so fun to be around, and she's super pretty which means that boys pay attention to her and not me. I've never really had a guy pay attention to me before, so I wouldn't know what it feels like to have someone have feelings for you.
I have dirty blonde hair and blue eyes.
I am a pretty good student when it comes to my academics, I am better at some subjects than others. My favorite is probably Writing because I get to express my creativity and imagination. I've been told many times, that I am a good writer. When I'm writing I try to focus more on my feelings and what's been going on.
I have not had the best luck in my past. I used to get bullied, back in Elementary school... it was not fun. Not fun at all. But, I knew that I shouldn't let people get to me and that I shouldn't care what other people think of me. It's only my opinion that matters. No one else's. I had to be 'the better' person, and not listen to them. Which was a pretty difficult thing to do, but I understood why I had to do it. People would call me 'Ugly' or 'Weird'. It made me think to myself... "Is this really what people think of me?"
Anyways, now I'm here. And that was in Elementary school, and now I'm in Highschool. And don't worry about me, I'm doing fine. This is my fourth year, at a different school, with different people, and a best friend. That's all I could ask for right now. I think all I really needed at that time, was a best friend, someone to talk to, to share my feelings with, just someone that would understand me and listen to me. But now I have one. And I'm so grateful for her. She really is the best!
Oh, and I forgot to tell you that my mum is a teacher she works with younger kids at an Elementary school, near home. My dad is a pilot, and so I barely get to see him since he is always flying. He was in the army when I was younger but he retired a few years ago. One time, I remember he was gone for 9 months! Almost a full year. That was one of the toughest years of my life. Can you imagine going an entire year, without seeing one of your parents? Let me just tell you, it's tough.
