"How's your practice?" ani Ronan.
Hindi pa man nakakaakyat sa hagdan si Raegan ay agad na siyang tinanong ni Ronan tungkol sa practice ngayong Sabado.
"Ayos lang." sagot ni Raegan. "Bukas nalang tayo magkwentohan. Pagod ako Kuya." dagdag pa niya at dali-daling umalis.
Dumeretso sa kwarto niya si Raegan at hindi na nag-abala na pakinggan ang isasagot ni Ronan. Ini-lock niya ang pinto at hindi pa man nakakalipas ang ilang oras ay ramdam na niya muli ang init sa mukha niya dahil sa pagiging malapit ni Race kanina.
Hindi niya maiwasan mapangiti sa tuwing maiisip niya ang itsura ni Race nang makatulog ito sa balikat niya.
On the other side, Race is talking to himself asking why he did that to Raegan. Hinatid niya pauwi si Raegan gamit ang sasakyan niya.. Nasabi pa naman niya na wala siyang isinasakay na babae ngunit nabago ito nang ihatid niya si Raegan kanina.
"Everytime I see her, kung anu-ano na ang ginagawa ko. It shouldn't." mahinang sabi ni Race at bumuntong-hininga.
Although Elle was his girlfriend before, hindi naman sila clingy sa isa't-isa. Kahit na matagal ang relasyon nila.. He can compare that his treatment to Michelle and to Raegan is different and far. Hindi pa naman niya girlfriend si Raegan pero may mga nagawa na siya.
He slept in dismay after remembering what he had done ever since he met Raegan. Kahit na gusto niyang layuan si Raegan ay hindi niya mapigilan na lapitan ito. She's like a magnet that attracts Race to be near her.
"That's new, you're late." Jackson uttered when he saw Race entered their classroom.
Jackson and Race are classmates in one of their subjects kaya nagulat ito nang makitang late ang kaibigan lalo na at terror ang professor nila.
"It's because of her." inis na sabi ni Race at umupo sa pwesto niya.
"You should be thankful.. Nasa faculty pa si Ma'am." wika ni Jackson at umiling naman si Race. "She has a crush on me, no worries." wika ni Race at kinindatan si Jackson.
"Gago." napapailing na sabi ni Jackson at ngumisi.
Their attention was caught by an old woman who entered their room. It is Miss Garcia, their professor. She was the professor that Race is talking about, the professor who has a crush on him.
"Get your blue notebook, let's have a quiz." she said with full authority and the class started to have their confused look.
"Wala naman siya itinuro tapos magpapaquiz?" bulong ni Jackson dahilan na napalingon ang propesor sa kaniya.
"Can you repeat what you're saying Mr. Uy?" sita ni Miss Garcia at napangisi ng lihim si Race.
"Bud, help me!" paghingi ng saklolo ni Jackson sa katabing si Race na umiiling at mahinang napapatawa sa nangyayari.
"Ayoko." natatawang sabi ni Race at yumuko upang hindi mapansin ng propesor.
"Will you stand up Mr. Uy?" she said annoyingly that madeJackson to stand up.
Race laughs softly because this is the first time in the history that Jackson was scolded by a professor. He is not the type of student who's talkative and he'ss always as stiff and quiet as he is.
