As Yuri stepped away from Yuya, the clip he had given him began to glow. Soon the glow became a blinding light. When it faded, only Yuri and I were left. A wave of anger washed over me. I clenched my fists and charged at Yuri.

AS I began to swing, he jumped back effortlessly, hands tucked inside his pockets. I guess what they say about anger making you see red is right, or maybe that's just the half risen sun.

"Now, now, don't be mean!" Yuri scoffed. "I thought brothers were meant to love one another?"

"'Brothers' don't turn people into cards!" I yelled.

"That's an oddly specific circumstance..." Yuri said to the side, more to himself than me.

Yuri sighed.

"I would say we could settle this with a duel, but sadly we cannot."

"And why's that?" I sneered.

"I'll tell you in do time, my brother; until then, you'll just have to wait." He answered, pulling a small orb from his coat pocket.

I glared at the item for a moment. Yuri tossed the orb towards me. I jumped up and kicked off the brick wall of the alleyway we had eavesdropped from. Pulling myself up, I heard a soft whistling from below.

Peering down, I saw that the orb was releasing dark purplish-black smoke into the air around it. Yuri gazed up at me with a slight grin.

"Have you gotten smarter since I last saw you? My how you've grown!" he said, gazing back into the ally that was now completely filled with smoke.

"What was that! Some kind of sleeping gas!?"

"No, just a simple smokescreen. Now that that's taken care of, I might just be able to help you out."

"Why should I believe you?" I called from above him.

"Because he just took out the camera from the alley." A voice deeper than Yuri's called from behind me. I whipped my head back to see a familiar face standing a few feet away.

A lilac and black-haired boy, with a formal sea-green dress shirt half-tucked into his black jeans, along with a black cape with a violet inner, stared back at me.

"Y-Yuto...?" I breathed, backing up to the edge of the roof.

"H-hey, don't fall!" He called, rushing over to me, pulling me from the edge.

"Oi! Sorry I'm late!" An even deeper voice called from the opening of the alley next to Yuri.

Yuto jumped down to the ground. Greeting the new-comer. I turned to face them, my heart practically stopping in my chest. A blue and yellow-haired male with a yellow, blue, red, and white riding suit stood staring up at me. I quickly jumped down, following Yuto. I took a look around, noticing something a bit strange. The duelists from before were gone! I looked around a bit more wondering where they'd gone.

"I...I don't understand what's going on." I started.

The three of them nodded.

"After that wolf bit your ankle back at L.I.D, we lost all connection with you. We couldn't see, talk, or feel anything outside." Yuto started.

"We tried to get in contact, but it was a no-go..." Yugo added.

"Shortly after, someone came to us. We thought it was about G.O.D again, but when we asked, he had no idea what we were talking about." Yuri continued.
