After I lost my strength in the ally, Yuzu and that man picked me up, which seemed to be very much to the wolf's disliking. As they walked away, the wolf followed. It seemed as though he would attack again at any moment, but it also seemed like he was obeying my cry from earlier when I told him 'stop' as he was about to carry out an attack on that man and Yuzu.

Yuzu and the man were constantly looking over their shoulders as they walked. They tried to ask me questions, but they were all a blur. A few moments later, the lack of strength and the rhythmic pounding of the rain lulled me to sleep. What seemed to me like a moment later, I awoke in a small office. I laid in a bed with a light blanket pulled to the bottom of my chest.

A lady stood beside the bed flipping through papers on a clipboard that she held in her hand. I watched her meticulously as she carefully read the papers. A few seconds later she noticed that I was staring and hurriedly walked closer to the bed I was laying in. The woman had short black hair and green eyes; her skin was vibrant when compared to her pure white nurses coat. Based on her outfit, she looked like someone from a hospital. She set the clipboard down beside me on the bed as she started to asses the scratches on my arm. I studied the clipboard as she did.

Thankfully, the print was large enough for me to see from my position. Though I didn't get to read it as she flipped the covers back and asked me to sit up, failing to completely hide the board. I did as she asked with ease. The strength in my body having fully returned. As I sat up I tried to read the board again. The lady noticed me and casually threw the half of the blanket that was on me over the paper; she then went back to assessing me. Even though she threw the blanket over it, a small section was left exposed again that read 'High School' at the top. She's really not good at hiding things. Well you know what they say, third times the charm, probably.

So this isn't a hospital? Maybe a school infirmary? But why would they have brought me here? I don't know who that man was, but I do know that Yuzu knows the way back to my hideout, so why here? Maybe it was because that man was with her? No, Yuzu doesn't exactly have a zipper on her mouth when it comes to me. She's always going on and on about being my manager...

The nurse slid a thermometer into my mouth, drawing my attention back to her. I looked around, not that there was much to see. A large white curtain was encircled around the bed. I've never seen these kinds of curtains in a school infirmary before; there's  a little too much room compared to any nurses office I've been to... Maybe this is a hospital after all. No, the only way that'd be possible, is if the section I read was identifying the high-school I'd gone to when- no that's not right. No one knows about my school life, so this must be an actual school infirmary...

The lady removed the thermometer as it began to beep. She then moved the blanket and began jotting down the numbers from the device. I craned my neck a bit to see around her, but it was no use. She was a thin lady, but from my position, it didn't really matter... I sighed.

"Ma'am? Where am I?" I asked.

She jumped slightly as I spoke.

"O-oh, you're-...You're in the school infirmary." she stuttered, she seemed pretty timid now; at first she seemed a bit cold.

As the woman spoke, faint whispers echoed from behind the curtain. They were incomprehensible at first, but it sounded like two people. As a few more moments passed and the woman finished examining me and placing a few band-aids on my arm, the whispers were now a quiet conversation, audible and understandable.

"Why do you want me to ask?" a male voice exclaimed.

"Because you're the one with the dog-thing!" a female voice responded in irritation.
