As phantom reached the top of the building my nerves began to get the better of me again. I've seen movies like this before, but movies are movies! What If I fall? What if I trip and get separated from him? Does he even know how to get to L.I.D? What if I don't find him again?

"Chill, Yuya!" Phantom laughed.

"Easy for you to say! You've probably done this, like a million times!"

He laughed again.

"The more you think about it, the more complicated it'll be. You're literally jumping over a few gaps to save time." He said, walking to the other side of the building facing L.I.D. The more I think about it, L.I.D is the largest tower in Miami City, it's pretty hard to miss, so I doubt he doesn't know how to get there...

"Why can't we walk again?" I say, following closely behind.

He ignores my question, pointing to the tower, then to the building in front of us. The gap was at least twice my height, if not more! He grabbed my hand and gave me a cheeky smile. Letting go, he took a step back and then charged forward. As his feet left the roof my body and mind froze. It wasn't until I saw him roll on the other side that I released the breath I didn;t know I;d been holding.

He dusted himself off and motioned for me to follow. Oh I hate you right now... I stepped back, taking a deep breath. Without another thought I charged forward, jumping on the lip of the roof. I closed my eyes hoping for the best, only to be sorely mistaken. My eyes flew open, just in time to see Phantom above me, his hand holding on to mine as I dangled from the side. I began to freak out.

"Hold on." He said, hoisting me up.

"Still hate me?" He said tauntingly.

I sprung to my feet, slightly shaken up.

'What do you think!?" I thought with a pout.

He laughed.

"That was an oddly large gap, if I'd know it was going to be like that, I would have led us a block over; but you did pretty well for your first try!"

"Yeah, I'm sure everyone plumits to their doom on their first attempt, don't they?" I said sarcastically.

"Don't be so hard on yourself."

He stood.

"Let's try again, I doubt there will be many jumps like that again."

I looked ahead and then back to him.

"Okay, let's do it!"

We went to the edge on the other side once more. The gap was nowhere near as large as the last one. This time it was about a foot wider than I was tall. I gulped and closed my eyes.

I took a step back and rushed forward again. Just as my feet hit the roof on the opposite roof, cheers erupted from the previous one. I looked at Phantom. He immediately relaxed his body and began to whistle idley.

"I hope you caught that!" I said enthusiastically as he crossed over.

"Ready for the next one?" he asked, taking a step closer challenging me.

"You're on!" I said racing to the next one. And so the race began with L.I.D as the finish line.
