The thumping of the stereo isn't giving me the usual headache for once. I think it has to do with the fact that I'm actually euphoric.

Living with Harry's been the dream. Ever since the short argument we had a few days ago, things have been smooth sailing. Hell, even better than smooth! We haven't hit any other bumps in the road. Just like before, we still work well together. It might have to do with the fact that we have our own spaces but it's just great. We have sex at night, I sneak into my bedroom, and then I usually wake him up with a blowjob and he'll repay with breakfast.

Absolute bliss.

"A drink?" Danny asks, staring at me through his thick glasses.

I click my tongue as I decide my answer. "Actually, can you get me a cocktail? Something light."

He looks surprised that I actually said yes but quickly goes over to the bartender while I watch Daffodil from across the club. She's yet again meeting with another client and Dan and I are supervising.

And by supervising I mean I'm watching out for potential disruptions and Danny's... well, I'm not exactly sure about him. He's bringing me drinks, I guess.

He comes back with some fancy drink for me and a glass of red wine for him. I watch with raised brows as he sits beside me on the couch, in his usual button-down and pin-straight tie. He notices my stare and sheepishly smiles. "Just thought I'd let loose."

"Good for you!" I beam as I sip through my straw. "Mm, fruity. Good choice."

He lights up and takes a big sip of his drink. "Thanks."

I softly chuckle at how easy he is to please. It's always been that way, hasn't it? Medusa would be a bummer, Danny would be embarrassed, and I'd crack up a joke to make him laugh. Soon enough he'd be back to his normal, awkward self.

I eye Daff and decide she's well off right now. I sidle up to Danny and angle my body toward him. He watches me with curious eyes, probably wondering why I'm no longer watching like a hawk.

"Danny, we need to find you a girl."

He chokes on his wine. My hand instinctively goes to his back and I pat until he calms down. With a red face and a raspy voice, he says, "What?!"

"A girl," I repeat. "I think you've spent enough time alone. Don't you want to build a meaningful relationship with someone? I don't really know if you're looking for your soulmate but dating doesn't hurt. Maybe you could have a one-night stand?" A soft laugh escapes my lips. Danny and a one-night stand?

"I have meaningful relationships!" he says defensively. "I have you! And... Medusa."

"But I mean love! Romance! Passion! You deserve all that."

He clears his throat and changes the topic. "How's Harry treating you?"

"Very, very good, which is exactly what I want for you!" I grab his hands in a fit of passion. "Danny, you deserve someone who will love you, soulmate or not! Come on, how about some harmless flirting?"

"I-I can't," he sheepishly turns away, in which I release his hands and grab his face, forcing him to look at me again.

"You're a handsome man," I state, making him blush. "I want you to go out there! Come on, let me help you!"

After a moment's deliberation, he sighs. "Fine."

I squeal and let go of his face. My eyes dart around the club, looking for the perfect candidate. He needs someone who is pretty but not too forward. Then again, he needs an extrovert or else they'll both be stuck in a vicious cycle of "um"s. They can't be too bold or else Danny will blush brighter than the sun. Then again, maybe they'll find that cute.
