Turn left, past the water fountain, turn left again-
My entire body weight collapses beneath me. Have I fainted? I feel fine, rather grand actually. I take in my new surroundings; black, black and nothing more, not even a spooky glow that would be expected in some horror movie. I feel around, the sides feel close to my cleaned skin as I push around. One side moves slightly when I jam my arm into it, I hear a crack; I yelp in pain and clutch my wrist, hissing curse words at the God dammed wall. That's when I completely lose it. I touch my forehead gently, checking for damage. Water like liquid comes away. Sweat. My breaths become heavier as I try to sit myself down and attend to my painful wrist. Murmurs catch my attention, coming from outside this trap like box.
"Do it now", I hear and before I can even react, a gun is held to my head. I gulp and look around, sweating dripping off of me. My eyes can only make out one face in the corner, nodding whilst biting his bloody knuckles; Cato.
.
.

Cato
My knuckles are covered in blood from nervous biting. My eyes glance around the room, searching for something. Then I notice the gun.
Before I can stop myself, using all my weight and power, I throw myself at him. The man pointing the gun at Clove.
"Cato!", he yells at me but I try to block it out, "What are you doing? We have her!". I don't reply. Instead, I chuck my body on top on Clove, so close that her breath tickles my face. He keeps yelling at me.
"We have to go", I keep whispering to her with my eyes closed.
"Why-". I tell her to shush as we wait. Wait to be saved. The noise of guns ring in my ear as I press myself closer to her.
"What?", she keeps asking, struggling for breath. I don't reply, only cover her more until the guns stop. Bang! Bang! Then, nothing but the eerily silence of our gentle breathing. It's soon interrupted by the hovercraft crashing through the ceiling, lifting us upwards.
"What the hell was that?", she roars once we are alone, "What where you thinking?". Before she can say anything else, I grab my wrists but the yelps in pain and punches me.
"Shit", I mutter looking downwards, "What happened?", I ask once the pain dies down in my cheek.
"I don't know", she whispers. I quickly scramble to my feet and push buttons until one opened the heaving glass door. Dozens of people in white lab coats are dotted around the place, each one working on something different.
"Excuse sir", one says tapping my shoulder, "You aren't aloud to be in here".
"Well, Clove needs a doctor", I argue back.
"What's wrong?".
"Her wrist is all swollen and bruised and something is sticking out", I say with a straight face, however I now feel sick.
"Where is she?", he asks franticly as he gathers a handful of doctors with needles of liquid and, what looks like, some sort of a spray.
"The same room you locked us in", I tell him and then a handful of them run off, leaving me behind. As I try to follow, two grip my shoulders and tell me to stay put.
"No!", I yell at them, "She needs me!".
