"Dance with me?", I ask when a slow song comes on. Clove nods and follows she back to the dance floor where Kayla and Xander and caught up in the moment of dancing and look as if they are about to kiss.

"No kisses", I warn stumbling slightly, "Babe!", I call, looking for Clove, "Babe!". I spot Clove getting yet another glass of alcohol.

Badly, I jog over to her, taking the glass from her hands and drinking it myself.

"No more drinks for the birthday princess", I say gesturing to her.

"It's not my birthday, jerk", Clove laughs playfully pushing me, "Where did Voldemort go?", she asks pushing me aside.

Voldemort is a character from a very old book we studied a few years back. It's about a Wizard, Harry Trotter? Potter! And a dude with no nose, very interesting indeed.

"Woah, your drunk babe", I tell her. I honesty can't control my words, they just come out. Never have I ever called her babe so many times in such a short space of time.

"I'm not drunk. Brianna is", Clove argues pointing to Brianna dancing with Carla.

"Clearly", I say sarcastically, "Come dance", I say not giving her the option to answer.

By the time we finally get there, the slow song is over and has been replaced by a pop song. Still, I grab her hands and dance madly in time to the beat.

"It's like I got this music, I'm my mind saying it's gonna be alright!", Clove sings very loudly but still sounding angelic.

"Coz the players gonna play, play, play,"joins in Gloss.

"And the haters gonna hate, hate, hate", sings Carla.

"Baby I'm just gonna shake, shake, shake", sings Annie.

"shake it off, shake it off!", we all sing in unison.

By the time we eventually home, it's about 3 in the morning, the moon is high and the stars shine like the nights in the arena. As we walk, Clove and I stumble and kiss at random moments. Kayla and Xander run ahead slightly with Brianna, apparently Clove and I are embarrassing. Nah, they are just jealous of our sexiness.

"Ugh, my legs hurt", whines Clove pulling away from our, must be over 100th, kiss. Rapidly, I hoist her up, bridal style and run down the lane whilst she squeals and laughs.

"I wanted a piggyback!", she demands but then kisses me, again.

"Fine!", I say letting her jump up, "Let's go!". I run and run until we reach the beach house, somehow I'm not out of breath! Probably because she is so light!

"Ah, shit Cato. I'm in labour", cries Clove when we get inside. I give her a weird look. "only joking, you haven't helped me make another baby...yet!".

"Come on, let's go to bed", I say pulling her down the hall and upstairs.

Thankfully, Kayla got Brianna ready for bed. I think I'm to drunk to handle it.

"Bed time Clovey", I coo.

"Fine!", she says getting into bed, "Good night Hermione".

"Good night Wizard", I say before letting sleep pull me under.

I wake to my head pounding, Cloves face snuggled in between my neck and shoulder and a tray to tea on the bedside table with a note reading:

Dear Cato and Clove,

Thank you for being the most coolest guardians ever last night! We all had a blast. Hangovers can be a pain (Not that we would know anything about it), so here as most painkillers, tea and scones!

Love from

Kayla, Brianna, Xander x o x

Suddenly, I feel a smile creep up on my face. But it turns into a frown when I think, 'Would Primrose and Ryan been like this?'. Grief is easier when you know that your not alone, and when you have the most beautiful girl in the whole Panem right next to you helping you through it and sane...mostly.

I look over to her, "Morning beautiful", I whisper brushing hair from her eyes that begin to flutter open, "How are you feeling?", I ask. Slowly, she sits up to rest her head back on my shoulder and bring her knees closer to her chest.

"My head hurts a bit, but the pain goes away because I know your here with me", Clove says kissing me gently on the cheek, making my insides flip slightly at her gentle touch.

"Here", I say handing her painkillers, "Take these".

"Thanks", she croaks before swallowing them. I do the same.

"So", I say after sipping tea, "What are we doing today?".

"Anything, really. We could all go down to the beach for the day", she suggests.

"Whatever you want beautiful", I tell her before kissing her forehead, "I'd do anything for you".
